Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi was just as the pictures showed. The massage, the spa and everything was simply breathtaking and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel environment was truly lovely and warm. I would book this place again l.

My husband was attending a conference here, and I joined him for a few days. For the most part, we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The positives: Modern, comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and good hot water. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet, with European and Indian fare, plus a few local options. Decent hotel gym with great city news. The negatives: Some back-of-house disorganization (it took several days for the hotel to confirm my airport transfer, though the transfer itself went off without a hitch, and it took several months to resolve a minor billing issue that we thought was addressed at check-out). Limited gym and pool hours (and the pool didn't seem to be heated when we visited). It was loud one evening of our stay, though the noise may have been coming from a neighboring building and ended by midnight in any case. Also, watch out for the metal strips between the carpet and bathroom in the rooms, they can have sharp edges.

Everything is perfect. Food, rooms, service, smiling staff etc. perfect facility. As a training institute, ECAS Institute team and participants really feel at home each time we are at the hotel. We have built strong bond with the hotel and look forward to our continued collaboration .

All the service is good, all the staffs behaviour is very respective, neat and clean everywhere, quick support but i will suggest to keep a water source inside the toilet in the room because some are not used to with the uses of tissues after toilet. Thank you.

Nice facility. Very accessible, with friendly staff, well equipped gym and ample parking. The food is ok but could improve on diversity. Nice choice of cool country and classical music that creates a relaxing ambience. Work on the internet connection though, quite weak

The reception was excellent, the conference room we held our meeting was great, with a strong connection The food was delicious and well balanced Workers were well mannered Lavatories were very clean I would recommend this classic hotel any day

The accomodation is the best, good and caring customer care with spacious rooms, dinning. The meals constitute a variety that suits well the tastes and preferences of the customer. Indeed it's a great place to think of and feel at home. I will consider visiting this hotel again. Bravo.

Excellent service, nice food and variety. All the waiters are humble and professional. The restaurant is clean and attractive. The food type , especially the buffet is amazing. It has almost 5 course variety each course with choices of interest.

The room is ambient and well spaced. The staff are very courteous. The complementary services were upto par. I felt secure by the level of security at the gate and reception. The proximity of the hotel to other important places was also a plus

The staff is awesome, warm, kind, up to the task and attention to details. The advance preparations of food orders was well thought of, so as to cater for the huge number of family we invited for the birthday. We also loved the ambience and table set up. We will definitely come again.

Excellent service, I really enjoyed the food well seasoned and the service is spot. To add to this, the whole team was great on responding and acting fast when we needed some assistance. Lastly ,the ambiance is great. I would recommend 100%.
