Great location 5 min from central train station. Our unit was very comfortable but note it was a loft with stairs so those not so mobile may prefer other rooms. The service was really great from everyone we interacted with and always went above and beyond. The shower and bathroom was great size and modern. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good which is rare. There was an issue with the aircon malfunctioning and not working. The team tried hard but could not get someone to come out in time so provided a fan upon our request.

3 minutes walk to Firenze SM Novella station and could easily walk to most of the sightseeing locations in Florence. Rooms were extremely clean and neat with comfortable beds. Most importantly all staffs were super friendly, especially Paolo who recommended plenty of amazing spots around the city. Must come back to this B&B !

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. Communication was effortless, and they were always available to help with any questions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

老闆應該是華僑，會説中文！這家位於佛羅倫薩火車站附近，交通很便利。裏面設施齊全，很乾凈，我預訂的包含早餐，有送餐服務。唯一不足的就是衞生間排氣系統太響了。

由於時間有變，酒店耐心的幫忙改簽離開的時候還給開好發票，細心耐心滿滿 早餐，一下拉到5星滿滿的儀式感 貼心的還準備了月餅，在外旅遊的人滿滿吃的熱淚盈眶，距離火車站超近步行5分鐘就到啦，酒店也有電梯。來佛羅倫薩一定再住這家酒店！

非常推薦這家酒店，地點好不説，旁邊就有兩家有名的排隊餐廳：Trattoria Dall Oste 吃丁骨牛排，Osteria Pastella 吃義大利麪，到任何景點都方便，重點是酒店的床睡的舒服，早餐更是豐盛，老闆祖籍浙江，服務親切且熱心，我沒有寫過評價，但衷心推薦大家去佛羅倫薩要住這裏

位置极佳，鄰近火車站，巴士站，長途巴士，Tram T2 线往来机场，所有重要观光点都可以步行到。屋主很用心，很认真，早歺很精緻，非常讚👍下次会再订
