Phòng lớn và sạch sẽ khi nhận phòng. Ngày thứ 2 nhân viên dọn phòng không quét dọn gì nhiều, rất thất vọng. Mặt khác, khách sạn cách ga xe lửa 5 phút đi bộ và là một khách sạn thư giãn yên tĩnh so với những khách sạn gần ga xe lửa

Vị trí hoàn hảo, phòng sạch đẹp, nhưng an ninh và dịch vụ khủng khiếp. Họ đã cấp nhầm phòng của tôi cho một người khách khác nên người khách kia đã mở cửa cho tôi. Rồi lần thứ 2 dọn phòng cũng vào mà không gõ cửa, và tệ nhất là lần thứ 3 dọn phòng vào phòng mặc dù mình có treo bảng “không làm phiền” trên cửa mà không gõ cửa và cũng không xin lỗi gì cả. Sự riêng tư khủng khiếp. Khi nhận phòng nhân viên quên trả lại CMND nên tôi gọi từ trong phòng nhưng không ai trả lời nên tôi phải xuống tận nhà mới nhặt được.

Khách sạn khá cũ. nhưng phòng khá thoáng. Phòng của chúng tôi khá ồn ào vì nó nằm cạnh một công trường.

Điểm tốt: Vị trí tuyệt vời, dịch vụ từ lễ tân và bữa sáng. Tiện nghi có sẵn nhưng không được sử dụng. Phòng cần cải thiện: Các phòng đã cũ và có thể cần được làm mới. Dịch vụ phòng cần có thời gian.

Very spacious, nice and clean. Just a short walk to the main station and groceries.

It is in an excellent location for bus and train transportation, as well as for grocery and dairy stores. Although the hotel facilities are pretty old, spending the night here and having breakfast in the morning is still lovely.

Bed linen wasn’t clean. Water in the bathroom was brown and murky. 5min walk from Salzburg Hbf so not very near but not too far. There is complimentary water and coffee in the room.

There seem to be inconsistency in the check-in process, we arrived about 30 mins before 3pm and my Asian family of 4 was advised our room is not ready. Another caucasian family of 4  arrived 5 minutes later and they were able to check-in immediately. When I asked the counter why we had to wait while the other family did not, the counter officer attitude was nonchalant and impatient. It's only after I insisted we be treated equally that the counter staff made a call to the room service team to expedite. And the room was ready after just 5 minutes. I would have expected a hotel of such good repute to have better trained and customer centric staff that treats all customers equally and not make them feel discriminated against. I was in Europe for 3 weeks and this is the only hotel that left such a bad impression. Only plus point from our stay is that the location is close to the main train station and general cleanliness. And strangely for a business centric hotel, the room have a lack of power sockets. 

Close to the train station. Quite accessible to get around Salzburg. Hotel is nice, rooms are huge. Though decor is dated but overall is good value.

nice location, clean and big room, convenient checkout process. But the room heating is not available as of late September.

Fair near to the train station the hotel is not as pretty, but then for the price point is a very good deal

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

We have comfortable stay , great location with walking distance mall & train main station.
