Honestly, everything is perfect in hotel except some of the thing’s disappointed us - Such the internet was not perfect and used to cut off automatically every half an hour and a hen you have to reconnect it again - some of the towels were not in perfect condition the one in the swimming pool

位置: 還是不錯的，可以遠眺亞特蘭蒂斯，帆船酒店，離杜拜碼頭比較近，購物中心衹要兩公里。 衞生: 還可以。 wifi: 太差了，時斷時續。 房間大小: 一般般，房間設施特別是浴室比較舊了，吹風機都沒有地方插，台盆木架是壞的見圖。服務人員説六樓以下的房間算是重新裝修過的，可浴室好像沒有，房間寫字枱處濃濃的油漆味[流淚]。 隔音: 不錯。 床: 比較軟，第一天比較舒服，第二天就有點腰痠了。 房間設施: 酒店是老牌五星，設施比較老舊了。海灘風景還不錯。餐廳和服務人員都非常的棒。

Stayed here for 9 days. It was perfect. Italian restaurant Bussola was a treat. I loved the fact that the swimming pools were heated. Nice and clean rooms. Overall it was a good stay.

The level of service was outstanding. The staff throughout the entire property were excellent: enthusiastic, happy, knowledgeable and very amenable for help when needed. Just a fabulous hotel in all respects!

Best hotel/resort I’ve been to and I have been to many! Amazing service, amenities , and overall perfect in every way.

The hotel is exceptional in every way. Rooms are excellent, food is incredible, staff can't do enough for you. The only issue we had was with the over-complex food and drink packages. They are not intuitive and include hidden exceptions and extras. On arrival the receptionist described the 'all inclusive' package to us, which we took, at an extra cost, yet when we came to use it, at certain restaurants they significantly reduced the menu choice, and in one of the beach areas we were told our package was not valid (there were apparently 3 separate all inclusive schemes). Unfortunately this slightly spoiled the overall experience, as you didn't know what you would be able to eat and drink with the package until you arrived at the restaurant or bar, and so you were not 'at ease'.

Disappointing that the Westin charges even hotel guests for water by the pool. And 35 dhs by the bottle as well, it’s shameful. Also, all the sun loungers by the pool were pre booked in advance, we were not advised that this is the process and we had a disappo

This place was absolutely amazing, I loved the resort and all the amenities they had to offer, the staff was incredible and super helpful the entire time!! I have recommended to all my friends!
