Overall is good but just that the lighting at the lobby was too dim. And there wasn’t any safety box in the room which is a minus point.

The room is very pretty, is absolutely my cup of tea. In great location with very friendly staff too. Will surely stay with this hotel brand again if they have presence in other destinations outside SZ.

The front desk was very friendly and willing to answer our questions about the town. She also drove us out of town. When we requested a higher floor, she helped us arrange one.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Information given promptly within this old town. Many Shops and restaurants around the area. Hotel staff also helping us to call transport when we check out hotel to city. Will come back in this Hotel again, thank you for the service during we stay.

Room is huge. The design is chinese, very clean. It opens I 2018 but the condition is much better than expected, there is a big tub very nice, the view is great, also o the top floor, recommend to anyone.

A ancient quiet place, nice remote location . Hotel is very clean and tidy …surprisingly nice bathtub in living room …… highly recommended as leave a 5 stars comment allow u stay 2 more hrs in hotel

The hotel is located in the center of tue ancient village, hence very practical to reach restaurants and shops. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very kind, although couldn’t speak english.

Very good, the only thing was the water temperature fluctuate when I take the bath. But I think it was very minor.

An area built specific for traditional Chinese feelings village that you can have your leisure vocation in cultural atmosphere.

The environment is quiet during the day and is busy at the night time. We live their family room which is surprisingly good for the family with little kids and the hygiene of the hotel is good. The temperature in the room is a bit cold. But everything is fine. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is recommended.

Nice hotel, very good customer service, good service, but the TV not in functional sometimes.
