Great nice little boutique hotel in the heart of the gankeng ancient town. It's very new, clean and tidy. Aircond is cold and the ceiling is high, spacious and the receptionist are all very friendly.

At the centre of the city, but quite far away from MTR station, better to call car to assess, hotel facility is acceptable

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nanxianglou Art Hotel! The location was in the center of a very picturesque area with beautiful trees, ancient buildings, fascinating architecture, and amazing lighting at night which gave plenty of great photo opportunities. It was very conveniently located with restaurants and shops all around it. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The price was also quite reasonable for the room we got! We definitely plan to return again!

The building has a worn and unkempt look, and the corridor outside the room can feel a bit eerie. Inside, the room is clean, but the toilet is in need of plumbing repairs. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

We stayed here for two days with family and had a really great time. The kids loved the rooms. The ancient village nearby is a perfect location to be for a two days layover. The staff is extremely kind and helpful! 5*

Overall is good but just that the lighting at the lobby was too dim. And there wasn’t any safety box in the room which is a minus point.

The room is very pretty, is absolutely my cup of tea. In great location with very friendly staff too. Will surely stay with this hotel brand again if they have presence in other destinations outside SZ.

The hotel rooms are clean! I love the shower/ shampoo/conditioners smell. I believe this should be one of the best hotels inside 古鎮！ The staff are very friendly and polite! Just slightly dark when we took the lifts at the lobby! Not sure if that is some energy savings issues! The simple Chinese breakfast serves at the nearby Hakka restaurant! Definitely will take my family to come back again!

The front desk was very friendly and willing to answer our questions about the town. She also drove us out of town. When we requested a higher floor, she helped us arrange one.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Information given promptly within this old town. Many Shops and restaurants around the area. Hotel staff also helping us to call transport when we check out hotel to city. Will come back in this Hotel again, thank you for the service during we stay.
