Hotel reception doesn’t know how to checkin customers from Trip.com. Location and room are alright.

The location is very good and, a great cost-benefit choice for solo travelers

飯店離電車站走路五分鐘，附近也有超商 3點可以check in 但櫃檯人員嚴重不足，到3:30才入住房間 房間很大，但插座有問題害我被電到！！！ 房間電話也無法使用，接待處一直都很忙就是了

酒店不是每天都打掃衞生 而且距離景點很遠

Stayed here to attend a concert at the point. Great spot with good public transport options. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a great breakfast the morning after. It's not our first time staying here and we've already booked our next two visits back.

Great customer service. The hotel and room were so clean. The bed was unbelievable, no noise from the hallway or surrounding rooms. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. The car area was nice and tidy. We didn't get a chance to eat bit the menu looked good.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff we met were very nice too. The room we had was very clean and catered to what we needed. Made an unforgettable trip even more memorable. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel is in a Perfect location for attending a concert at the 3 arena. Hotel is modern, clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel I have stayed here a few times and will be back again soon 🙂 breakfast was good with lots to choose from.

The room was clean, bed was so comfortable and the ambiance was excellent. Staff Barbara and Martha were exceptional in their service delivery and very warm. The location of the hotel was so strategic as it is close to the tram stop. The area is safe and secure.

Lovely stay. Hotel room was quiet. Breakfast and evening meal both were good food and fast service. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting the bus and tram into the heart of the city. It is only approx a 15 min bus trip right into the centre and buses are frequent about every 15 mins.

I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage so I could go into the city centre. All staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. Great location as I didn’t want to be right in the centre of Dublin but just by the tram/Luas into town.

We had a pleasant stay during a weekend trip in October 2024 (2 adults, 2 children). Hotel has a good atmosphere, very clear, well decorated, nice location (not exactly city centre, but 15 minutes by tram, and also close to the airport), reasonable room space, reasonable breakfast, good room temperature. We had a small issue with our room price (price charged at the day was different than our email reservation, apparently due to a system issue that has been happening lately), but the staff recognized the error and honoured the reservation price, and also gave the breakfast as complimentary which was a nice gesture. I would certainly stay again (note: it is not a hotel with activities, it is great for spending the night, as obviously has nothing to do at the hotel).

Cozy room, very comfortable bed, quiet (except for the times when people spoke loudly in the corridor after 11 pm). Basic Wi-Fi, but still enough for audio and video calls. The restaurant was okay. The hair dryer wasn't working properly (not stable connection in the cord). The choice of food for breakfast was average (no fresh vegetables and salads). Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
