This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in!! Really POOR HYGIENE! The real environment of the room is completely DIFFERENT from the photos. Its FAKE FAKE FAKE! The room was very dirty. The sheets and towels were stained. There was even BLOOD on the towel🩸. The staffs are RUDE too. Not helping to solve the problem but perfunctory. The entrance is from the back alley. When we arrived the hotel at 9PM, we had to WAIT A LONG TIME TO CHECK IN. When we went to the room on the 2/F, after inserting the card, we could only turn on the TV but NOT THE LIGHTS. We notified the front desk that we had to change rooms, but he said THEY WERE FULL and there was NO OTHER ROOM TO CHANGE. He asked the house keeper to go and check with us. The house keeper restart all electric switches but the lights couldn't be turned on. During the process, we asked the house keeper if there were any other rooms, and she replied that there were MANY MORE on the 4/F. In the end, the house keeper called the front desk and the cleaning staff gave us the room next to us (also on the 2/F) so in fact the front desk LIED and said there was NO ROOM. After we entered the room, it was very NOISY because it was on the 2/F and very close to the road next to it. In addition, the room was VERY DIRTY and DISGUSTING. T sheets were full of STAINS, and there were BLOOD stains on the towels. The quilt was NOT A QUILT, just a thin sheet. We booked a non-smoking room but the whole room smelled of secondhand smoke and there was an ashtray. This is REALLY THE WORST hotel I've ever been to. It can't be called a hotel at all, just a very dirty clock hotel with poor hygiene. In fact, we originally only stayed for one night before flying out tomorrow, but it was so bad that we immediately found ANOTHER hotel to stay in. (It was 11PM after our dinner.) I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE THAN LIVE THERE FOR 8hours.

The hotel is near airport, only one metro stop. It’s good for late flight or early morning flight. The room is nice. Bed is comfortable.

Standard Double Room. The room was not as big as shown in the marketing images. It was small, just big enough to put one armchair. See attached image? That is how the room is. Looks big but not quite. The other images with sofas are not the one.

Well i have stayed for 3 nights very close to airport . And would recommend to those who like to stay close to airport or for transfer flight . One thing i have experienced i want to share air conditioning in my room didn't work i told them in hope they might change my room. But they said they can't do anything if it isn't working . And if you feel hot open your room door . I never write any review but they made me do it. Because of this reason.

Great location, just 20 minutes from the airport, supermarket in the same building, fast and easy check-in. The walls are tiny, so a bit noisy at the night

Hairs in the shower, sheets not clean. Old towels with holes in them. No windows in the room. Loud noises at night. Would not stay again

Basic service was really good but there’s no laundry service and no laundry nearby either.

The photos and reviews are misleading. The room was dirty and mouldy. Although we asked for a non smoking room, it smelled of smoke. The shower was covered in so much mould, we didn’t use it. Sofa was ripped, walls were dirty, and loads of dust. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

I normally don't write reviews, but the bad experience I had with this hotel cannot be ignored. I arrived late at night and was informed that my reservation had been "mistakenly" cancelled, and they only had a family room available at double the price. Despite expressing my inability to afford it, they insisted I could because "I AM FROM LONDON." With no other options due to the late hour and lack of internet access, I reluctantly agreed. However, upon connecting to Wi-Fi in my room, I discovered there were plenty of cheaper rooms available. The room smelled foul, was unclean, and infested with bedbugs. Additionally, the couch was dirty and had burn holes from cigarettes. To add to the frustration, early the next morning, a cleaner knocked on my door insisting I had to check out, despite having just checked in at 1 am and it being only 7 am. I filed a complaint with the company, and Trip was instrumental in resolving the issue. If you seek a hassle-free stay with good hygiene and fair treatment, avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a disgrace to Turkey's hospitality industry.

It was very clean and quiet, the location of the hotel was good and taxi access was good, the Carrefour store is on the ground floor of the hotel, which is great for shopping.
