Average hotel amenities and ambience. Location is good. Connectivity is good with city and ooty also. Veg is having no option at all. Breakfast is so so.

Thou business... The evening was relaxing, thanks to the company of Keny who kept us entertained with some tips about the city and couple of malodeous songs...good food.. Nice property with good ambience, pub attached with good collection in menu..

It was a nice experience being here and the most important things is we got a vacation enhancer whose name is Kenneth. He was super cool and so helpful. It's really a great idea to have such a person in the hotel he literally did his job really well.

Bathroom of standard rooms need immediate renovation- no shower, dirty water in taps, no hot water in wash basin tap, room was ok but staff is very supportive especially Mr. Kenneth is such gem he help us in our stay and provide information about tourist attraction, local culture, best places to buy stuff and helps in our itinerary.hotel prices are very reasonable and hotel provide free bonfire with music which is cherry on top and make our stay more enjoyable and memorable

Fantastic management and hospitality especially by riyaz and kenneth I had a very warm experience there great food great climate and sweet people to enjoy there more !! The rooms I stayed had indeed had everything it was humble and beautiful .

I stayed here for 3 days with my family. The staff was wonderful and considerate offering a personal touch to our requirements. Special mention to Mr. Prabhu (Reception/Concierge), Mr. Kirubalan (Restaurant), Mr. Arun (Housekeeping) and Mr. Daniel (Restaurant staff). The restaurant offers great meals. Do check out their homemade jams offered during breakfast.

Excellent hospitality by room service, specially from Arun Kumar taken care of us well.. i would personally recommend this hotel for your pleasent stay... Everything is good and reasonable pricing.. This is one of the best hotels in Ooty..

Nice garden view small room but good cleaning good staffs and good managers some reception guys advice me to go lakmi cafe i went there its pure veg hotel the pudi idly was great taste must try it was awesome👌👌👌👍
