Khách sạn có vẻ hơi cũ kỹ dù mới được tân trang lại cách đây không lâu. Thang máy có vách kính trong suốt để lộ phần tường chưa trát vữa, điều này khá lạ, nhưng tôi không hỏi về điều đó. Khăn tắm bị sờn ở mép. Tôi thấy một chiếc đinh lỏng từ đồ nội thất trên sàn nhà. Tôi không nhận được dịch vụ báo thức buổi sáng như đã yêu cầu. Tài xế họ đặt để đưa tôi ra sân bay không đến nhưng nhân viên lễ tân đã sắp xếp cho tôi một phương tiện khác để đến sân bay. Nói tóm lại, có vẻ như anh ấy định tự lái xe đưa tôi đến đó, điều mà tôi rất cảm kích. Điều tôi thích ở khách sạn này là vị trí của nó, có thể đi bộ đến quảng trường, cửa hàng Gobi cashmere và cửa hàng tiện lợi, v.v. The hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center. The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants. Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm! We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising! The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue! We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third. The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!

The hotel is situated in a very central area about 15 minutes' walk to the Gandantegchinlen Monastery or to Seoul Street. It is also adjacent to several malls where you can get access to cafes, convenience stores and restaurants all day long. It is a busy location in the city so it is a good starting point for exploring the city of Ulaanbaatar. The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay and the room is very compact but spacious enough for two. The bathroom was clean but housekeeping could be improved. The hot water system was not very stable - sometimes being very cold or too warm, but it did not affect our stay too much as it worked fine most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. Soundproofing was generally good and we did not have any issues with noise being placed in a room at the end of the corridor away from lifts. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
