The place is clean and warm. Bed’s really comfortable. There are curtains for privacy and the lockers are huge which I really like a lot. Hot water works well in the shower. The toilets could be a little quite small though but manageable. And there’s free use of the washing machine as well. They have a kitchen where you can drink coffee/tea for free. And the host brings bread for breakfast :) Since there’s also a sofa in the kitchen, i was very happy that i was able to meet fellow travelers to hangout with. Location of the hostel is really good. It’s on the 6th floor of the same building of KFC on Sambuu st. It’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and the main touristy places. The host Sonny was really kind, warm, helpful, and friendly. He lent me his jacket when i went for a day tour to Terelj National Park because it was cold that day and I don’t have enough thick jackets. His brother Bayaraa was also very welcoming when he picked me up at the airport at almost midnight. Thank you again for the hospitality and will definitely stay here again when I come back in Mongolia. :)

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This location of this hotel is quite strategic considering the number of restaurant, pubs and food outlets nearby provided you are willing to do some walking.. Hotel room is clean and service is commendable. I wish to highlight one particular front reception staff for special mention.Her name is ERDENEKHISHIG. She was kind & helpful and would go out of her way to provide service and assistance like calling a cab on our behalf. However this hotel also has her shortcomings. Breakfast is too basic and monotonous. Bread which is the most universal item is not available. Also check out time at 10am is ridiculously early. It also puzzles me that this hotel still provide smoking rooms which is totally umnecessary as the current trend is towards non smoking rooms for the whole hotel. I hope my positive feedback will help your hotel to upgrade her image further.
