The rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

One of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

Отель новый, поэтому сервис пока хромает. При заселении нам сообщили, что бронь не оплачена, хотя все было оплачено. И почти сутки не могли решить этот вопрос, подержали нас в напряжении из-за этого. Кондиционер, то работал, то нет. Мог ночью сам выключиться, а потом также сам и включиться. В самый разгар жары в августе - это недопустимо. При открытом окне очень шумно. Завтраки понравились. Симпатичный вид на город на завтраках. Уборщицы не понимают по-английски. Почему-то для двоих гостей ставили одну бутылочку воды 0,5л, не было тапочек, полотенца оставляют ворс, одно одеяло на двоих и к тому же без пододеяльника, что крайне неудобно и только две простыни сверху и снизу. Это минусы. Плюсы - достаточно чисто, приятный номер, хорошее местоположение, при раннем выезде дали с собой ланч-боксы, помогли вызвать такси.

Stayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

One of the best hotel in Bari. Location is good but what is best is the view of the hotel! Been there a few times but this trip has to be the best experience ~

Beautiful , big room where you can find all facilities and goods on high standards and good quality. Highly recommended this hotel.
