A Truly Memorable Stay Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay, everything was perfect. A special thanks to Bella for seamlessly arranging our airport transfer, and to Nick, whose friendly demeanor and warm smile truly made our stay unforgettable. He went out of his way to introduce us to the best local attractions, adding a personal touch that made our trip even more memorable. The entire staff was remarkably kind and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our check-out time to suit our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference, ensuring our travel plans were stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to returning. Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

The room is well-designed with high-quality materials and features such as electronic curtains and heated toilet. But what really stands out even more is the quality of service. The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

Kanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops. I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo. I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels. I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town.

Bữa sáng tương đối Nó rất gần sân bay, có xe đưa đón sân bay, tuy không có hẹn gặp nhưng tôi cũng sắp xếp xe tạm cho tôi, anh trai đưa đón rất chuyên nghiệp và tận nơi từ trang phục đ Tôi chỉ lấy gói, anh trai lái xe chủ động hỏi ”có gì để lại trong khách sạn không?” Thật tuyệt vời, siêu khen ngợi! !

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
