Localização do hotel é excelente, restaurantes, shopping, sorveteria, papelaria, farmácias... tudo que precisar estão apenas a poucos passos do hotel! As instalações são super confortáveis e limpas! Nos sentimos super acolhidos pelo atendimento que recebemos, muito educados e atenciosos conosco! AMAMOS!!!

Minha reserva não foi identificada pelo hotel. Cheguei às 17:50 para fazer o chekin , mas a atendente não reconheceu minha reserva e recusou a entregar meu cartao de acesso ao quarto. Informaram que até mais tarde a reserva seria localizada. Quando retornei de madrugada novamente fui informado que minha reserva não foi localizada, causando grande desgaste. Após muito debate, o acesso foi liberado.A estadia foi totalmente comprometida, sendo que desejo o ressarcimento do valor gasto

Great location in Savassi, close to a small but good shopping mall, good bars and restaurants nearby, hotel is clean and good service, nothing exceptional, but good balance between price and comfort

Good hotel in Savassi area, 15 min walk from Praca da Liberdade, de facto central square. Savassi is a lively area with good dining and shopping options. It looks the hotel is one of the best in the town. Unlike Sao Paulo or Rio, Belo Horizonte is a mining capital, i.e. no upscale hotels there. Personally, I enjoyed interactions with the great people of the mining state Minas Gerais and its capital Belo Horizonte. Do visit a nice historical town Ouro Preto, UNESCO World Heritage site, 2 hours drive from the city. Back to the hotel - rooms are standard ones, clean and simple. Standard breakfast. Small gym and sauna, no swimming pool. Windows cannot be opened so air and temperature regulations could be done only through air conditioning. Reception team and other staff members are very helpful. Special thanks to Guilherme, provided good advice on almost everything, and surprisingly speaks English with British accent, unusual and pleasantly surprising. Overall, good stay at the hotel. Caring, friendly staff always willing to help. Breakfast buffet is rich in options. The restaurant in the hotel has very good reputation.

My wife and I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Belo Horizonte Savassi twice in the past 10 months and both times the hotel has exceeded our expectations. Great location with clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with nice views of the city in all directions. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of fresh breads, fruits, juices, coffees, and many other local favorites. We have visited Belo Horizonte hundreds of times over the past 40 years and stayed at many different hotels. The Radisson Blu is the best we have found and is now our go-to hotel whenever we are in Belo Horizonte.

The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is really good too. I had an issue with key cards 17 times. When I spoke to the GM I got a dismissive apology. It really soured me on this hotel. Location is good. Very walkable area and a shopping mall across the street. They do speak English but not all the staff is bilingual. Had I not been locked out of my room and the elevator 17 times it would have been different. I think I would have liked it a lot more.
