Vị trí đắc địa: trung tâm thành phố, cách ga tàu điện ngầm College Station 200 m. Căn phòng nhỏ và Wi-Fi hơi vất vả. Giường không thoải mái lắm, có vẻ như nệm không đủ nâng đỡ.

Khách sạn đẹp ở vị trí tuyệt vời. Chỉ vài phút từ mọi thứ, giao thông, trung tâm mua sắm, nhà hàng và vv Tình trạng phòng cũng rất sạch sẽ và sạch sẽ. Điều duy nhất tôi không hài lòng là máy pha cà phê, nhưng họ có Starbucks ở tầng một nên tôi đã tiết kiệm được buổi sáng của mình.

Good location, easy access to the tourist attractions, restaurants and stores. The food sold in the lobby is expensive, but there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and nice decorated.

Nice comfortable room with a separate sink and shower area. Beds are comfy and shower pressure is ok. However I was allocated a low floor room on 2nd floor when I requested for a high floor room. My room faces the car park.

We are a family (4 people), the double 2 queen bed room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would like to recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old and a little under maintenance but it was clean overall. The staff are nice and it was a very good location for us. Very close to restaurants and stores. Walkable distance to a lot of attractions.

the customer service at the front desk is outstanding. the room is spacious. we both enjoyed our stay my friend and i. they accommodated us for early check-in.

The entrance is NOT on Yonge street. But the location is excellent and the customer service is amazing. It’s not a new hotel but is clean and big. I didn’t get to use it, but there is a laundry room on the first floor and it’s free for the guests! I highly recommend this hotel.

For a short stay it is good , but for a longer stay i would not stay, Generally it is a good hotel , but services are not good from my point of view.

The service of the cleaning and catering staff was very good. However, the front office staff was not very professional. I booked two rooms for my family and me for 7 nights initially and then extended for another 3 nights under another booking. I was confirmed by the receptionist on 2 occasions that I didn't need to check out and could stay in the same room. However, in the evening of the 8th night, we were told that we had not done any checkin for the 2nd booking even though we have got new keys to the 2 rooms that morning. It was such a mess and we had doubts to the security of this hotel. Besides, one of the rooms was smelly and we needed to turn the temperature of the room to around 20 degrees so that the smell was not so obvious.

Location is very good, very close to metro station. There is a SHOPPER, a Loblaws and a Mcdonald's with 3 mins walk. One station to Eaton Center (15 min walking distance). Front desk staff are nice. 优点：位置相当好，在市中心，交通很方便，距离地铁站不到5分钟路程。旁边有Shopper(里面有ATM，有邮局), Loblaws两大超市，还有一家麦当劳。走路去Eaton Center大约15分钟（沿途有无数餐厅，奶茶店，海底捞等等），1个地铁站。去哪里都很方便。前台服务生态度很好~ 房间空间很大，书桌、电视柜和餐柜都很大。虽然是大床房不过衣柜里提供多一床被子。楼下除了酒店包餐的自助餐厅，也有自己点餐的cafe。很容易就能叫到Uber，到机场大概不到50元加币。 缺点：房间里没有kettle煮水器。由于在市中心，清晨和晚上附近有时候会有一些homeless或流浪汉。

Moderate room with aged furniture and indoor decor. Neighborhood is very quiet and a bit dull.
