Thanks Ivy and Team for the wonderful hospitality, she constantly checks in to make sure we are comfortable during our stay and always responds promptly. Ivy has also specially arranged a complimentary fruit basket and desserts for us to enjoy. This is one of the best customer service I have received amongst many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed before. Highly commendable! Thanks again 🙏🏻

Hotel has been around here for a while but still very well maintained. Shanghai-La standards. Close proximity to local food options.

I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff. House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance. My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

Although the facilities are old, there’s a nice pool and big comfortable rooms. The room service is terrible and ordering food/drinks around the pool, by the bar etc involves many members of staff and big delays. The service really lets the hotel down.

Last minute holiday for festival, older hotel but great pool, great beach great location. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Shangri La for summer vacation with kids. Hotel is very safe and comfortable to stay with young kids. All staff is dedicated all day and night long to provide the best experience. Hotel and facilities are clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is amazing and kids can spend our on the slide. The beach is just across swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is a perfect mix of Chinese and Western breakfast to satisfy everyone. Dinner buffet is also amazing, including the wide sashimi/sushi/roll bar.

The service is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is big and quiet. You’ll need a cap, but can rent floats. The beach cannot be swam in. The spa calls on a local masseuse. Mine was very good. Worth the money.

Excellent location with great service, great amenities, and in a great location, including a short 20 minute walk to beihai old street. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool. 10/10 would stay again!

A lovely, elegant hotel. Built about 30 years ago and renovated in the past few years. Nice view, lovely pool and excellent buffet breakfast.

住在北海金灘無敵海景房，各種佈置顯得環境幽雅，感覺挺好的。酒店設施完備，包括游泳池，網球場，籃球場和健身房等。每個服務人員盡心盡責工作，很有親近感。提出的需求都可以儘快解決。下次去了一定會去體驗更多。

海景房是真不錯，坐在房間裏往外看過去，心曠神怡！就是可惜天氣不太好，沒有看到傳説中的落日美景~服務五星好評，小姐姐推薦的景點和美食都不錯哈哈，晚上還送了甜品~房間還挺大，設施略顯陳舊，不過考慮到是老牌五星，也可以理解啦~
