This hotel is too wonderful; from the facilities to the service, everything left a deep impression on me. I visited during Indonesia's rainy season, so if lucky, you could see both sunrise and sunset, but if not, it was all rainy days. During my stay, I experienced various weather conditions, from heavy rain to sunny days. The pool was stunning, offering a view of the nearby peaks on clear days. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The massages at the hotel were even better than the ones I tried in Thailand, and the scenery in the massage area was particularly beautiful. The floating breakfast not only looked good but also tasted delicious. I scheduled breakfast for 6:30 AM but unfortunately missed the sunrise due to overcast weather. The hotel provided a 15-minute foot massage and a free terraced rice field tour the next day. Near the hotel, there's Gembleng Waterfall, with a beautiful but slippery terrain during the climb. It would be better if there was hot water in the sink in the room. There were few outlets in the room, and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. No bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. The kettle's cord was short, and the kettle was faulty. Always remember to close the door to prevent insects from entering. The hotel offered a reasonably priced taxi reservation service; for trips to the city center, it's advisable to book at least 2 hours in advance. If heading to the town center, hotel staff can arrange a motorcycle ride. The hotel's pricing is friendly, and the staff's service is excellent. Thanks to them, my time in Bali was exceptionally wonderful. PS: If the hotel's cocktails and restaurant food could be improved, it would be even more perfect.

The best view in Bali. Lovely staff and great food, however, make sure you tell them how to prepare fish or sea food dishes. Otherwise, they will be a tad too well done. Also, be prepared for geckos roaming the rooms at night and pooping everywhere as you are in the middle of the jungle and rice fields.

酒店位於Sidemen村附近，周圍可以説是沒有配套。出行也不是很方便。從酒店叫車到Nusa Dua是500k的價格。因為酒店周邊就是原生態森林，房間內有一些小動物是正常，但是床品感覺有點洗不出來的黃色。餐廳就不功不過，説不上好吃，也談不上難吃。個人感覺不值得特意來一次，想看阿貢火山的話有更經濟的選擇。

首先先說優點，這是一家看火山景無敵的酒店，房間開門就可以看到火山，加上無邊際泳池超好拍；服務如同大部分巴里島酒店一樣優秀，人員都非常熱心且親切。再來說不足之處，雖然景很美，但也是看天氣情況，待3天大約有70%的時間是看不到火山的，房間很大但設施非常普通，怕蟲子或巨型壁虎的人要留意，酒店正在擴建中，所以上來的路非常崎嶇，我們的車還卡住，泳池常常滿卻沒有服務人員，造成浴巾不足，餐廳食物也只能算是填飽肚子而已，沒有亮點。

景色特別棒，酒店內的飯菜也好吃且便宜，就是房間空調設備不是很製冷，白天在房間裏稍微動一下就容易出汗，晚上洗完澡會好些，一共7間房，104房間是泳池正上方正對阿貢火山的，太美了

Забронировали виллу на троих с завтраками . В итоге сказали только 2 завтрака . Выяснилось на следующий день что все таки их 3 . Немного было неприятно. Была оплачена вся вилла , но 3 комнаты ( она из них столовая ) были закрыты на цепь и почему то всей вилой распоряжаться мы не могли , но платили как за всю виду . Аптечки на вилле нет ( мы просили ) . У виллы совсем нет телефона для связи с ресепшеном , что удивительно для такой цены. Нужно выходить подумать с к ним наверх по всем ступенькам чтобы что-то попросить или спросить. Это неудобно. В самом дорогом у них варианте для размещения ( вилла ) должен стоять стационарный телефон для связи с ними. Вид на вулкан отличный , но сам вулкан видно только утром , дальше облака его укутывают и как будто горы совсем нет . Завтраки неплохие но скудные , легкий перекус . Вода горячая работает , потом остановка воды , потом снова включается . Массаж ног делали прекрасно , но быстро ( до 10 -10 минут ) . Местной инфраструктуры вокруг нет от слова совсем . Но маленькие местные забегаловки или мини мини магазинчик найти можно , больниц и аптек нет . Бассейн немного прохладный ( так как перебои с водой , то это понятно ) . Детям там было немного прохладно купаться . В целом отдых понравился . Но более 1-2 дней там делать вообще не чего и становится безумно скучно .

服務態度非常好，給升級了別墅，酒店view超級棒，傍晚的阿貢如天空之境。早晨可以從床上直接看火山日出，叢林稻田，鳥語蛙鳴，體驗無敵。

房間很不錯，壁虎有點多晚上會叫，但是有蚊帳壁虎進不來，基本醒來睜眼就是火山景色，清晨和日落最好看，服務非常好大家都很健談，如果叫不到車去景點可以讓工作人員幫忙定司機，酒店裡的導遊還會帶梯田徒步，介紹農作物，這家的菜單基本沒有雷點，吃了三天不同的飯全都好吃，總之有機會還想住

景色不錯，硬件一般，有些工作人員會區別對待亞洲人

因為在山上，蚊子特別多、招蚊子咬的不要去，但是食物很好吃，服務也非常棒

景色超美！

These villas are perched high above the valley staring directly at Mt Agung which imposes itself on the entire landscape. Every Villa faces this intoxicating mountain, which almost seems to embrace its rice paddies as they pay homage to its majesty. During our time in Sidemen the mountain remained coy, peeking through its robe of clouds, exposing just enough to keep us mesmerised. But on the last morning it threw off it’s cloak and stood naked and beautiful, the morning sun highlighting its ridges as every shade of green soothed our hearts. There may be a better place to drink this view…..but I doubt it.
