Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

Good hotel overall

非常糟糕的體驗，入住時間是下午四點，比較晚，夜裡一點半有人在門口刷卡，但打不開門，隔着門溝通了一下，樓下前台給了他們這個房號的門卡，他們發現屋裡有人，表示歉意，轉而下樓。過了二十分鐘，接近凌晨兩點，酒店服務人員來電話，確認我的名字，然後説是他們搞錯了房間但現在處理好了。但是在這之後我就完全醒了，很久才再次入睡，此事嚴重打擾了我們睡眠，第二天退房時向前台詢問此事，前台男服務員很敷衍的表示了道歉，讓人感覺冷漠。 另外，早餐很一般，沒什麼好吃的。房間淋浴花灑出來的水比較細，水量小，衞生間設施陳舊狹小。

酒店裝修很有設計感挺文藝的，房間設施一般，舒適度一般，空調噪音很大。早餐還不錯品種較多，停車免費，出行比較方便。

The staff were great and the breakfast was better than expected! The location wasn’t too far from all the things we did, just a short drive to the Capital Building, Rainey St, 6th St, and So Co for shopping.

Great hotel with a lot of character. Service was excellent and the rooms very well kept. The breakfast was a nice bonus in the morning too.

Fantastic service and accommodations. Location is super accessible, has tons of free parking and is a short drive, scooter, lift/uber to restaurants. Neighborhood is safe, clean, and upper-class. No nearby homeless encampments or graffiti. Will not stay anywhere else ever in Austin. Breakfast was perfect and coffee machine in lobby is 24 hours so early departure is easy and super helpful. Cheap gas is also very close so filling up for rental car return is fantastic. Pool and hot tup are wonderful. You should stay here!!

This is a very nice hotel and a great value. We enjoyed the pool area with a hammock and patio area. We had it to ourselves and it was quite relaxing. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a good variety; the waffle station was our favorite. They made things very convenient for grab-and-go. The front desk guy was friendly and provided suggestions on things to do. We will come here again and highly recommend this to other visitors. The room was very clean. The beds were soft. We loved the cool nightstand light and used it often.

No complaints, but the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, there were so many options, and the service was excellent. I noticed a lot of Hispanic male workers (by their uniform) were eating some bean burritos that you had, and I felt sure that you might have made those upon request, anyway, I had one, it was great. Very inclusive place to stay. I loved it.

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Great location - easy to get to and south congress ave easily walkable (about 15 mins).

Low water pressure, walls paper thin, restrooms so loud you can hear rooms next to you using their restrooms. Small restrooms

The property itself is very unique. We enjoyed the vibe very much. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. There was always someone cleaning! It was great!! Would definitely go back for another stay!

The hotel was super clean and nice, indoors and outdoors! We absolutely loved the Austin vibes! And the staff was absolutely amazing!
