We booked a room for four people. The room is big (45m2) but a little bit cold in winter. The heat is not enough in the room. Good choice for summer or when weather is not lower than 10 degrees.

Terrible experience. We nearly missed our flight home as we were locked out of the apartment before 10am. Dirty, no coffee, no breakfast, no towels, lights not working, nobody answers phone. Poland is gorgeous, but unfortunately, apartment hotels are common. AVOID!

Actually wasn’t that bad. If you just want a place to sleep & shower then its ideal. Bed was comfy and the location was really good, i enjoyed my stay. I did have to run to a salon down the road though because the hairdryer they supplied was broken. Also… the kettle didn’t work. But when we phoned they did say these things could be dropped off in the morning, but we were leaving early morning so wasn’t ideal. Check in was easy, phoned the number that was displayed by the front door and got given the code within couple of mins. This is not a hotel, dont expect a hotel stay. Also you are gives 2/3 different codes to each door, so always had to carry a charger port to make sure my phone always had charge, otherwise without the codes you had no way of getting in or contact the receptionist. I would stay again.

We are a couple from Ireland and we hadn't travelled without our kids for years. We wanted a city break before Christmas so we booked here as it was central. We arrived at 11am to drop the suitcase however as there is no reception area only a number on a door to call we tried this several times and no answer. We had to walk around the city from 11am-4pm with all our luggage. We then returned at 4.10 to check in, at this time another couple were standing in the courtyard trying to get in also. They had been trying to call the number on the door but it wasn't ringing. We also tried numerous times. It was about 4.45 and 3 male cleaners kept passing the door but not letting us inside and then finally allowed us to wait inside about 5pm, they said to call the number which we had obviously been doing. Then another couple came and another. One couple then WhatsApp the number and got an answer to send on pictures of passport and was then issued with a code to open her bedroom door. We all did the same but still waited until about 5.20 to get into our room. When we checked in we could not believe how dirty the room was. My husband had to use the bathroom and was horrified by the dirt of the bathroom. There was hairs all over the toilet and sink. And dirt on the floor. The towels were also dirty and unchanged. Then I went to sit on the chair and I almost fell asleep the leg was almost off. Onto the bed then and I could not believe when I lifted the duvet. The sheets were dirty with feces on them and you could clearly see these sheets not were not changed from the previous guests. We then looked up and seen all the cobwebs and dust, I have asthma so could no way stay in this room. I called Love holidays immediately. The agent there put me on hold to talk to the owners and the came back up us to say they can not move us as they were full. They said they would send up the 3 boys to clean the room again. This was not going to work as I am an asthmatic and the dust would be everywhere. They would not refund me anything, I started looking online for alternative accomodation and we left. So we ended up paying for two accomodations for two nights. After return I emailed love holidays again and received a refund of 10% which was just €11.20. You should never stay here, it is so filthy and unsafe.

Just returned from my trip and there are a few things you should know when booking a stay here. There is no reception or staff on site everything is done through WhatsApp chat , there are some phone numbers on the front door neither of them would work the one which worked was one off Google. The signal is poor which Dosent help either as it takes ages for the messages to send. It took us 1 hour and a half to get into the room the lady on the phone was rude & gave us the wrong code to our room and we had to wait for the system to re-set. There were other people in the building that had all the same issues as this. Finally once we was in the room it was clean to a certain level the bedside table was covered in dust , the big shower head didn’t work and there was someone else’s rubbish left in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn’t work either. The kitchen area is shared it is not in your room and there was no microwave either. Overall I wouldn’t stop here again it was not well organised and the check in system was a joke not what you want after a day of travelling at 11pm at night.

Second time I have stayed here and would stay again, easy enough check in, (a phone number at door that you WhatsApp your details and are give codes. Got a late check out for a little extra money but meant we weren't lugging suitcases around on our last day. Room has plenty of space and LOTS of cupboards Negative would be only one very flat pillow each, overall a good stay. Not a lot of info concerning WiFi, or how to request clean towels etc but worked it out as we went along.

Unclean. Asked for it to be cleaned and it still was the same. Dirty floor hairs, fake eyelash found, crumbs. Dirty/smelly shower drain. Leaf on radiator. Dust on surfaces. Stain on bed sheet. Apparently their manager is in hospital and no one else can deal with my complaint.

So I booked this thru Wowcher so I couldn’t pick my hotel , Myself and my sister arrived on the 13th nov for a 2 night stay as we went to Birkenau and auschwitz , So when we arrived on my booking time it said 3pm check in but when we called the number on the door she said 4pm so we waited in a little area , we then decided to go for some lunch as we had been up for quite some time , I then received a txt with the room codes , We entered the room I was given a code for 2 rooms , we thought wow 2 rooms just for both of us but we stayed in just one as there wasn’t any point messing up 2 rooms , as entering one of the rooms it smelt like pure fecal matter and it made us heave and feel rather sick , I read the information left and said to my sister shall we book a breakfast box for the morning as we had to be up and out for our booked trip , at the bottom of the sheet it stated book BEFORE 8pm for breakfast to be sent for 9am , I txt the number on the sheet at 4:30pm to be told I’m to late to book which annoyed us as that then ment we had to go find food before we had a long day . Decided to have a shower and as stated toiletries was supplied but this wasn’t the case the shower bottles was empty and so was the hand soap . I then received a message at half 9 pm to ask why I cancelled a room when I hadn’t I was asleep and got woken up . We was only given 1 toilet roll for the whole 3 days and I asked for more tea bags to be told yes that’s fine the cleaner will bring some when she comes that didn’t happen either. The only 2 good things in this room was very comfortable beds and a powerful shower but that’s only If I like to smell the pure stench !
