The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priorities, and we take incidents like the ones you’ve described very seriously. Our cleaning staff is diligent in ensuring all areas are safe, and the pool area is cleaned thoroughly after 6 PM when it closes to the public. We also want to clarify that the warm temperature of the pool is due to the naturally hot climate of Cyprus. Regarding the wet floors, we do advise caution, and there are slippery floor signs placed when mopping is in progress to prevent accidents. We're truly sorry to hear about your son's incident, and we regret any distress caused. Concerning the room setup and other issues, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We serve hundreds of families each year and strive to provide the best service possible. It's disappointing to hear that this was not your experience, and we wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have addressed them promptly. While we do not advertise specific children’s entertainment, we do offer a play area and a paddling pool designed for younger guests. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly review our procedures to ensure future guests have a better experience. However, we cannot accept your comments regards our hotel as being the "worst ever", the multiple reviews by our many satisfied guests cancel out your diminishing comment.
