Nhân viên rất đáng yêu. Ông Leon và Samir rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Nơi này rất sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng cũng rất tuyệt vời. Thực sự thích kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

The hotel is located 10 min by walking from Gare du Nord. There are two entrances, but only one has the receptionist. The building is a little old, but the room is quite well renovated. However, the bathroom is really small and there was a weird smell in the room. In addition, the water pipe made a lot of noise. The main entrance was locked after midnight. The intercom did not work but there was a phone number to call to ask the staff to open the door.

Don’t go, don’t go, don’t go My worst hotel experience ever. No hospitality. Very tiny spaces. Bathroom smells ****. 💩We checked out one day earlier, no questions. I called when we arrived for a parking recommendation. First they did not answer. After that some Indian guy replied that I could google.😵💫 After one hour we parked at Gare du Nord (37euros per day). And the receptionist started a discussion that I should have send an email beforehand. It was a terrible neighbourhood. As if I was in Bombay instead of Paris. NEVER AGAIN! They should look for the word “hospitality” in the dictionary. Awful!!! Shame on you!!!

Paid for a double bed room, but got a single bed room underneath a rooftop instead where the heater was not working! Talked to the staff, they didn’t change the room for me so I had to ask for more blanket instead! Talked to the staff the next day, they insisted my booking is a single room; with the price that I paid cannot be a double bed room. I said looking at my booking document, it stated clearly that it is a double bed room for two nights! They didn’t care. they asked me to contact trip.com directly and had to wait the trip.com to contact them back. Found out that trip.com also sold this room via a dealer which makes things even complicated. Made the story short, the hotel finally changed me to a new room which they insisted that it is a single room but found out later one opened the door it was finally a double bed room! GOSH!! But it located the direct opposite of the elevators and the stairs!! Causing noisy sound especially at night and in the morning, troubling your sleep. The hotel sent a letter saying that they finally upgraded me the room but their front staff didn’t even know!! To me, it was not much different whether they upgrade me the room or not because they way they treated me was horrible! Trip.com also made things even worst by reimbursing me with the Trip COINs rather than the cash rebate of the price difference that I paid for first night! bad bad bad experience even though paid the money months in advance!

Clean and comfortable. Close to the Gare du Nord, quite convenient.

Expeiência muito ruim com o atendimento! O custo e o beneficio não valem a pena. Tive uma situação muito desconfortavel com a recepção em vários momentos de interação. Foram rudes e grosseiros.

巴黎北站和東站步行過去還需要10分鐘左右，廁所不怎麼乾淨，下水道有些堵。房間非常小，大行李箱放不開。checkin和房間不在同一個地方，需要走來走去checkin checkout，非常麻煩

清潔感、スタッフの対応は良かったです。 立地上、治安が良いエリアとは言えませんが、駅からのアクセスが良好です。

三人房空間足夠，廁所地方干淨衛生，地點方便容易到地鐵站，或門前就有巴士站，到不同的景點，對面有超市！

酒店距離北站很近，比較方便。房間比較小，但住起來還不錯。早餐一般，沒什麼吃的

性價比不錯的，環境挺好的，衞生也沒有問題。交通方便，區域感覺也是安全的。服務可，問題都得到解決。建議大家可以來
