Good hotel, very comfortable and the staff is always there for anything by you ever need. I would really recommend this hotel if you are searching for a good place with good location. Would’ve been good to have more machines in the gym

The hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money. However, there are several areas worth mentioning: - location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there - staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase - bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They speak English. Although there was a mistake in my booking made through trip.com, they quickly corrected it and allowed me an early check-in. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

這家酒店實在是完美，不論是價格、服務和環境，不知道為什麼會有差評。 我們住了2晚，酒店的職員melih超有禮貌，我們向他們查詢召車服務，他們很快便替我們完成，向他們查詢安卡拉旅遊資訊，他們更把資訊列印出來給我們，實在太好了！ 房間雖然有點細，但設施齊全，最重要的是房間新淨，感覺舒服！這個價錢是無可挑剔😻

又續住了一晚 土耳其的酒店價格也是水漲船高 一開始我還能住next level旁邊 後來到greenpark，現在衹能points了 不過points的地理位置是真好 旁邊一個大商場應有盡有 前台小哥英語也好 早餐也可圈可點。

福朋喜來登的標準，不過現在星級酒店的效率有點低，希望能提升。同事的衣服丟了，聯繫攜程也很積極幫忙找了，雖然沒找到，但是非常感謝。

這個酒店是個圓形的，空間上感覺就很擠，無論在哪個方向都能接觸到太陽，所以房間裏超熱，空調又不好用，一言難盡！
