設計超級贊，值得一去的酒店。去老城區也很方便，早餐也不錯，選項挺多，就是上餐速度慢了點。兩個缺點：洗臉盆有點小，外加窗簾不遮光（建議更換），很影響睡眠。

Khách sạn Mercure Warszawa centrum có một vị trí tuyệt vời, gần zloty tarasy, nơi bạn có thể thưởng thức đồ ăn và mua sắm, dịch vụ rất tuyệt, phòng sạch sẽ, phòng tắm hơi và bể sục cũng tốt. Nói chung tôi hài lòng với dịch vụ.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

Trước hết, tôi muốn nói rằng vị trí khá tốt. Dễ dàng đi bộ đến trung tâm hoặc bắt xe buýt. Nhà hàng Biedronka ở tầng trệt cũng rất tiện lợi. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, tháp A có lễ tân 24/24. Tôi chọn phòng ”Superior”, thoạt nhìn trông rất đẹp, tuy nhiên, sau khi nhìn kỹ hơn, tôi thấy một vài vết nứt nhỏ trên tường và những vết xước nhỏ. Nhà bếp được trang bị cơ bản, mặt bàn bếp bị nứt ở một chỗ (gỗ MDF laminate), bạn đã thấy dấu vết thời gian trong căn phòng này. Tủ không đóng kín (bản lề bị rách), điểm cộng là máy giặt (nhưng không có hộp đựng bột giặt/viên rửa) và máy rửa bát (một hộp đựng cho khách lưu trú 3 ngày), được giữ bằng một con ốc vít trong tủ, đôi khi có mùi khó chịu từ dưới bồn rửa. Phòng khách đẹp, TV hơi cũ nhưng có nhiều kênh, kể cả kênh nước ngoài, ghế sofa thoải mái. Về phòng tắm, không có gì đáng phàn nàn, đẹp, có gel và nước nóng, chỉ có khăn tắm trắng bị những đốm đỏ nhỏ (có thể là son môi?). Phòng ngủ cũng trong tình trạng tốt, chăn ga gối đệm mới, TV, vấn đề duy nhất là cửa cứng khi chạm vào và đèn led phía sau giường không hoạt động. Tóm lại, điểm cộng chắc chắn là điều hòa không khí trong phòng khách và phòng ngủ, phòng tắm sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, wifi miễn phí. Mặt khác, những điểm trừ mà tôi nhớ nhất là vấn đề với cửa phòng ngủ (có lẽ là do bị rơi vào bản lề) và vấn đề với tủ bếp - bản lề bị rách và (CHÚ Ý!) không đáp ứng được thời hạn hoàn trả tiền đặt cọc, tôi đã phải chờ cả tháng (chỉ sau khi không chấp nhận giao dịch, ngân hàng mới hoàn trả khoản thanh toán)! Tôi cũng đã viết email về vấn đề này, nhưng không nhận được hồi âm.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work. The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏

Perfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.
