I had a great experience at Scenic Hotel. During check-in, the male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful information about the area, including the best places to eat, where to park, and tips for seeing the penguins. His local knowledge really helped make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The next morning, after coming back late from travelling, I asked the reception if I could check out 15–20 minutes later. The staff member on morning reception was very cool, understanding, and friendly. She happily allowed the late checkout with no issues at all. Overall, both staff members provided excellent service, and I really appreciated their kindness and helpful attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service!

I recently stayed at Scenic Hotel Southern Cross and had a very pleasant experience. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its excellent location – it's within walking distance to many of Dunedin's main attractions, including the Railway Station, Baldwin Street (the world’s steepest street), and Queen’s Gardens. Whether you're in town for sightseeing or just want convenient access to key places, this hotel is ideally situated. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire stay hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city. Another plus is the on-site hotel parking, which is a great convenience, especially in a central location like this. Overall, I’d recommend Scenic Hotel Southern Cross for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Dunedin with friendly service and all the essentials covered.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

春節期間看別人推薦去的，前台會説一點點中文，應該是華人，可惜沒有被分到樓上的房間，花一樣的價格看了個寂寞，門口就是馬路，後面如果要預訂的一定要備註需要高樓層的房間。停車是不免費的，晚上11點之後車如果還在車庫裡就要收24刀停車費（白天可以隨便停免費），不過車庫很小停不了多少輛車。設施比較舊但是衞生是ok的，兩個房間都帶衞生間，這點很贊

中文服務，服務周到熱情，車子遇到一點兒問題，店主一直幫忙電話溝通，非常感謝！房間乾淨，衞生好，有自己的院子，停車方便，車子停在房間門口，汽車旅館就在主路邊上，進出方便。這是一家很不錯的汽車旅館，推薦入住！

Cơ sở vật chất: Cơ sở vật chất trong resort tương đối đầy đủ, môi trường rất tốt, có sân golf rộng, phòng khách sạn ở mức trung bình và phong cách Mỹ. Vệ sinh: Vệ sinh của khách sạn New Zealand rất tốt. Môi trường: Thực sự tốt! Ở đây cũng có nhiều người nước ngoài hơn, tất cả đều đến chơi gôn vào kỳ nghỉ. Dịch vụ: Không tệ!

酒店環境特別好，老闆娘是一位中國姐姐，特別好，還給我牛奶，這裏很安靜，而且離景區很近，十米的地方有個麥當勞和加油站，100米的地方有一個炸魚薯條也是國人開的很好吃但不友善，總之酒店很乾凈衞生，地理位置好，方便快捷，停車很方便

Stayed 3 nights and overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the private hot tub is an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles.
