Tôi đã đến quầy bar và nhà hàng của TED (ở sảnh) để chờ. Tôi xếp hàng vào khoảng 4:15 chiều và tôi thấy rằng họ đang từ chối những người đang cố gắng nhận phòng. Khi tôi đến quầy, họ cũng nói với tôi rằng phòng của tôi chưa sẵn sàng. Tôi nói rằng tôi phải đến một sự kiện trong vòng 1,25 phút và nhân viên tự tin nói rằng tôi có thể nhận phòng trước trong thời gian đó. 酒店所處位置風景好，很安靜；酒店大堂、餐廳、房間設計裝修風格現代；房間設施新，寬敞，廁所特別乾淨；離普林斯頓大學衹有不到4公里，Uber很方便。驚喜

Overall is good with standard of renaissance hotel. Room is big but facilities a bit old.

Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.

The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

應該是普林斯頓最好的酒店，大體符合國內四星級標準。 衞生：很新的酒店，目前很好。 環境：普林斯頓最有氛圍感的酒店，一層餐廳和酒吧夜生活十分紅火。酒店位於最繁華的商業街上，臨近普林斯頓主校門。 服務：前台人員態度都很好，退房時間順利從11點延到12點。但第一晚沒有做客房清潔，第二晚的清潔非常出色。 設施：符合國內四星級標準。洗漱用品基本都需要主動索取。燈光控制不是很智能，感應燈容易自己關。除此以外都還不錯。水壓極大，十分舒適，沒有住過水壓更大的酒店。

The hotel is a little outdated but spacious and the breakfast provided was good. There is quite a lot of hot food selection such as bacon, sausages, omelette, boiled eggs and hot oatmeals. In the morning there is a manager on site that greet all the guests which is a good touch too. There is also a public bus just right across the hotel that you can ride to NYC subway station. You can get the bus ticket on the vending machine in the bus stop and they accept card payment. I do suggest get two way ticket to avoid queuing up again to get another return ticket if you plan to return to the hotel using the same bus.

Good points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym. Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days.
