The location and sevice was very good; the rooms clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. The room was noisy which was the only negative aspect ( some engine switched regularly on also in the night) so the noise was internal not from the outside. The areeas was great, safe at night, wit many bars and restaurnants around.

confortable rooms, nice food, good services, and I practiced taiji at the square every morning, enjoyed a lot during our stay. I will come back again and will recommend my friends to come and stay at your hotel as well.

Overall pleasant and comfortable. Being located at the Fiera would be good if at a industry event. But not too convenient to Centro Vicenza. Need to take at Taxi most anywhere. Staff was pleasant and helpful but not all were knowledgeable of how to get around vie public transport of even walking. Did not offer much in the way of cultural amenities.Wifi was not particularly fast and seemed unstable.

Let me first start with the pros- 1. Close proximity to the VicenzaOro exhibition and that was extremely convenient. 2. Lots of parking if you have a rent-a-car. 3. Courteous staff 4. Decent brekfast spread. Now let me state the cons - 1. Unreasonably expensive at an average of Euros 400 per night 2. Very slow internet. 3. Room was very average and definitely not worth for an average of Euros 400 per night

There is no soundproof in the rooms. I could hear every conversation of the next room and even the toilet flash. I also found a dark hair in the sheets of my bed. BUT Over all very good, especially the staff. They all are very polite and helpful. And also the breakfast is very good. The number one advantage is the location, if you want to visit the Vicenza Fiera.

An excellent Hotel with very friendly Staff , perfect for anyone using the Vicenza Fiera , or staying in Vicenza for business. Good parking , good standard of room , excellent breakfast , and now have a restaurant in the Hotel which is very good . A great standard of Hotel for the money . Well done Alfa Fiera ! ..... Always a great stay .

The only issue I had . I tried to leave one night earlier but the hotel refused to refund my money back, 430€ per night is a big amount to leave it. So Everything else was great. Receptionists were so friendly and the house keeping were good. I like everything in the hotel.
