We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Khách sạn cách 2 phút đi bộ, rất gần ga tàu chính Roma Termini. Được bao quanh bởi các nhà hàng, cũng có rất nhiều cửa hàng và siêu thị conad ở Ga Termini. Xe buýt và tàu điện ngầm cũng rất tiện lợi, ga tàu điện ngầm n*** tại ga cuối, các trạm xe buýt đều ở xung quanh. Các phòng sạch sẽ và không nhỏ. Nhân viên lễ tân nói tiếng Anh tốt và có thái độ tốt.

Vị trí tốt, khách sạn đẹp. Nhân viên hữu ích và thân thiện. Một ông già, 78 tuổi, làm ca đêm, ông ấy rất tốt bụng. Đảm bảo tôi đã ổn định trong phòng. Muốn cảm ơn ông ấy nhưng tôi đã không gặp ông ấy vào đêm cuối cùng ở Rome. Tôi hy vọng khách sạn có thể chuyển lời nhắn ”cảm ơn vì dịch vụ của bạn” của tôi đến ông ấy.

Bản thân tòa nhà đã rất tuyệt vời và chắc chắn khiến mức giá phải trả xứng đáng. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên rất tốt và chuyên nghiệp, tôi không có gì phải phàn nàn. Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

Khách sạn ở Rome thực sự quá đắt và có tỷ lệ chi phí-hiệu suất rất thấp. Khách sạn này có thiết kế rất đẹp. Cách Ga xe lửa Temini khoảng 10 phút đi bộ. Không nên đi lang thang vào ban đêm vì vẫn còn hơi lộn xộn. Sảnh đợi có khu vực phòng chờ rộng rãi, dịch vụ lễ tân cũng rất tốt, phòng rộng rãi, có dép đi trong nhà và có đồ uống và nước trả phí trong minibar. Chỗ ở nói chung khá thoải mái, nước nóng trong phòng tắm cũng tốt. Nhưng bồn cầu của họ thực sự quá cao. Hahaha, tôi chỉ có thể chạm đất bằng ngón chân khi ngồi trên đó, thật ngại quá~ Bữa sáng ở đây cũng khá ngon, nhiều món, nếu cần ăn sáng thì có thể chọn ăn ở đây. Tôi không biết tại sao khách sạn lại có tên như vậy, nhưng nhiều nơi ở đây có cảm giác như tổ ong. N*** cả thang máy cũng không vuông vắn, haha, khá thú vị.
