El hotel es muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable y está atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y acogedoras, además es todo muy limpio y pulcro.

Location at centro, but very quiet area, room is very big , dated room, very upset with the noisy air-conditioning, we turn down to the smallest but still too noisy, There have bus no. 120 to Iguazu entrance.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs). No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear. Belmond's service -＞ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous). Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed. Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience. Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Localização perfeita, ao lado do Shopping Palladium, próximo ao Aeroporto, Cataratas, e Argentina. Mais distante um pouquinho do Paraguay, porém fácil e rápida a locomoção. Quartos limpos, aconchegantes, e um maravilhoso café da manhã!

Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

Recanto Resort is a really nice resort on the Brazilian side of the falls. The rooms are small but nice. We had a view of a parking area so did not use the small balcony. The only real shortfall was in service in some areas. The swim up bar was very slow while the poolside service was much better. I attempted to use the tour center in the lobby. I made a request and was told someone would get back with me but that never happened. The breakfast buffet was great, as was the dinner buffet. With some minor updates and more attention to service, this could be a really great place.

Hotel eccellente, colazione con amplissima scelta, personale estremamente disponibile, piscina e idromassaggi disponibili tutto il giorno, perfetti per un po'di relax dopo le gite alle cascate. Consigliato!
