"Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again."

"I got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe."

"The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places I have stayed, but it was ok. I liked that the air conditioner was not right next to the bed and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Also it was great to be able to get a cup of tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was great and everything was at the right temperature. The little store part was great too. I forgot a razor and was able to buy one."

"Front desk wouldn't allow us to check in less than 30 mins early. That's was only slightly inconvenient. Clearly a family run business. It seemed like the front desk person want exactly sure how the booking system works. Had to cover back after check in to figure out payment. Also inconvenient. The mattress was nice, but there was only a top sheet with no comforter. The room was basic but clean enough. The bathroom was the area. Weak toilet, disgusting shower stall, and no hot water. Maybe 90-95° at must. Check out was efficient. Will not stay again."

"Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods."

"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."
