🔍 Người Việt Có Cần Visa Hong Kong Không?
Đối với công dân Việt Nam sở hữu hộ chiếu ngoại giao, hộ chiếu công vụ được miễn thị thực nhập cảnh Hong Kong với thời hạn lưu trú trong vòng 14 ngày. Còn đối với công dân Việt Nam sở hữu hộ chiếu phổ thông cần phải xin Visa nhập cảnh vào Hong Kong. Ngoài ra, công dân Việt Nam không cần xin Visa nếu quá cảnh trực tiếp Hong Kong trong vòng 24 giờ không ra khỏi sân bay.
Hong Kong có chính sách miễn thị thực cho công dân một số quốc gia, nhưng Việt Nam không nằm trong danh sách này. Tuy nhiên, kể từ ngày 18 tháng 3 năm 2025, Hong Kong đã triển khai "Chương trình Tạo Điều Kiện Nhập Cảnh Cho Những Người Được Mời" từ các nước ASEAN, trong đó có Việt Nam. Chương trình này áp dụng cho những cá nhân đặc biệt được mời (chủ yếu trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, pháp lý) và mang tính chất chọn lọc. Nếu không thuộc diện được mời này, bạn vẫn cần tuân thủ quy định xin thị thực thông thường.
🌐 Các Loại Visa Hong Kong Phổ Biến
✅ Visa du lịch/quá cảnh Hong Kong:
- Visa dành cho du khách đến thăm/quá cảnh Khu hành chính đặc biệt Hồng Kông (HKSAR) nhưng không được hưởng ưu đãi miễn thị thực; hoặc nếu muốn ở lại quá thời gian được miễn thị thực.
- Thời gian lưu trú: Tối đa 7-14 ngày cho mỗi lần nhập cảnh, tùy thuộc vào quyết định của Sở Di Trú.
- Thời hạn visa: Thường là 3 tháng, cho phép nhập cảnh một lần.
✅ Visa quá cảnh
- Quá cảnh tại Hong Kong để tiếp tục hành trình đến quốc gia khác.
- Thời gian lưu trú: Tối đa 24 giờ.
- Lưu ý: Không cần visa quá cảnh nếu không rời khỏi khu vực quá cảnh sân bay trong vòng 24 giờ.
✅ Visa du học:
- Visa dành cho du khách nước ngoài muốn vào Đặc khu Hành chính Hong Kong để học tập. Người nộp đơn từ 5 tuổi 8 tháng đến 11 tuổi ở bậc tiểu học hoặc dưới 20 tuổi học ở bậc trung học.
- Thời gian lưu trú: Theo thời gian của khóa học, có thể kéo dài từ 6 tháng đến 4 năm, có thể gia hạn.
✅ Visa thăm thân:
- Thăm người thân sống tại Hong Kong.
- Thời gian lưu trú: Thường từ 14 ngày đến 90 ngày.
✅ Visa lao động:
- Làm việc tại Hong Kong theo hợp đồng.
- Thời gian lưu trú: Thường từ 1 đến 2 năm, có thể xin gia hạn.
