The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

地理位置最棒的！ 房間裝修有多舊，但是住的很舒服. 自己開車過來請酒店安排停車服務，接送停車場到酒店來回. 去程很好，價格貴. 送走時酒店沒講清楚，停車費自己付款沒包括在220歐元價格內！送走“出租船“也有客人自己承擔. 離開時有點失望，付出價格很高，但是覺得酒店有點佔便宜…當然威尼斯什麼都貴，但是覺得酒店可以提供更好服務！ 總的有空間可以進步！下次去威尼斯，還是換一家酒店！

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

The room’s location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The decor materials are high-end. The only issue is during breakfast—you need to be cautious as they mix included breakfast items with paid ones. If you’re not careful, you might order a paid item by mistake. They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude.

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

第一次在攜程上寫評論，咱就説出門在外的，都別太矯情，也都別要求和期望太高唄，但這次忍不住想説點實話，先來説説價格1、這家酒店標準大房是人民幣4千多一晚，這個房型對於兩個人完全夠了，到店後，我們還是問了問如果要升級更好的房間需要➕多少錢，並且由前台接待領我們分別看了兩間裝飾風格不一樣的升級房，但要加350-400歐元左右，最後我們因為價格放棄，覺得不值得，除了空間更大，雖然有海景但也不是落地窗。2、設計風格呢，是暗黑風，個人覺得這家酒店應該適合25歲以下玩點藝術前衞的年輕人，它是屬於個性設計型精品酒店，對舒適度要求高的/視力不好的其他商旅人羣或者年齡大點的就算了吧，因為真的有點暗，有點黑，然後房間各種按鈕實用性真的有點費腦，更推薦選擇連鎖品牌五星級酒店），至少那些品牌運營的比較成熟，服務也很專業化，享受的禮遇也比較多樣。3、接待方面差點意思，沒有任何接送服務，這是在主島上的酒店，如果✈️過來，在機場訂水上taxi的票（兩個人140歐，專用船，20-30分鐘直接酒店門口上岸，還比較絲滑沒錯。），但離開酒店你會非常狼狽，反正我們是要到盧西亞火車站乘🚞去米蘭，酒店人員沒有提供任何服務幫我們送行啥的，要知道像我們這種“東土大唐”的客人，可是好幾個行李箱，得週轉好幾個城市呢，一路拖着幾個重重行李，石板路加上途中有5-6座橋，步行二十幾分鍾，天吶！住精品酒店的體面呢？！！真挺諷刺的！！它作為島上這種價位的酒店，代表性的酒店，攜程上標記着威尼斯豪華第 1名…真的讓我體驗感非常非常不好。3、酒店早餐我是挺滿意的，是要現場定套餐，現做新鮮出爐的，不是自助式的，可能是避免浪費吧。如圖所示，另外房間mini吧的飲料、水、點心啥的都是免費的。4、如果🈶小迷小信的人，就不用選擇這家酒店了，因為標準房就安排的景觀是天景房，真的感覺壓抑，光線不足，加上暗黑風設計啥的，自己差點都要自帶黑魔法了，還有我房間門口走廊處擺放的藝術裝置，如圖一所示，一灘淤泥裏活動着各種怪獸…。想想胃顫的慌！當時我們辦入住時心裏就七上八下了，衹能既定之則住之這種心態了。之所以這麼長篇大論，是想着避免很多同胞踩雷吧，其實威尼斯很小，這島上一天足夠多餘你玩的了，就類似你逛了國內某個古鎮，衹是歐洲這建築景色更出片，完全沒必要住在這主島上來，把更多時間留到其他好玩的城市去吧！

My stay at Grand Hotel Savoia Cortina d’Ampezzo, A Radisson Collection Hotel, was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly, and both the room and the suite were amazing – everything was clean and the services were excellent. I booked a suite and a room, and everything in the hotel was beautiful, from the smallest details to the largest. The restaurant was also delicious, especially the sardines. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

Facilities: The hotel is very good, but the rooms are relatively small. The front desk has upgraded the river view suite, which is very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, the service is also good, and the breakfast is good in the morning.
