If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Tôi đã từng đến khách sạn này nhiều năm trước khi dịch Covid bùng phát. Quay lại sau 7 năm. Nhìn chung không có gì thay đổi. Cảm giác cũng không tệ lắm. Vị trí: Tốt, gần Bukit Indah Aeon. Khó khăn khi đi lại vì giờ chúng tôi không lái xe nữa, mạng lưới xe buýt cũng không tốt. Sẽ không quay lại trong thời gian gần đây. Dịch vụ: Tốt. Nhân viên lễ tân cho phép nhận phòng sớm và cho chúng tôi ở tầng cao. Vệ sinh: Tốt, đồ dùng cơ bản được cung cấp. Không có gì đặc biệt. Phòng: Ánh sáng mờ, không đủ sáng. Các kênh truyền hình không tải được do wifi yếu. Cũng không xem được YouTube và Netflix. Hơi thất vọng. Bữa sáng: Tạm ổn, có cơm Nasi Lemak, mì/cháo. Bánh ngọt và bánh mì.

Hotel is wearing down fast. I have stayed quite a few times and surprised how fast it’s wearing down. They don’t provide hand soap at wash basin. I needed to call guest services and it took them half an hour to bring me 2 small bars of soap. Did they expect me to bring my own soap to wash my hands or use the soap in the shower - I am a little confused. Anyway location is still great and the new huge store Mr DIY is great. Also the anchor butter at breakfast tasted like margarine but on closer examination it is butter.

Magical mornings and sunsets, will definitely stay again. The dinner set could have been better, it was clearly indicated that a main, soup, drink and dessert would be about 35rm nett, but when we enquired, they said we had to add on for the dessert. It was clearly stated but i didn't feel like arguing because the food wasn't very great so I just left. The receptionist and everyone else was good, breakfast was okay, no other complaints aside from the above.

Khách sạn giấy vệ sinh không có, đặt phòng 4 người mà khăn tắm chỉ cho 2 cái .. khu công viên nước phải tốn tiền thêm $20 người/ trẻ em và người lớn bằng giá.
