Un hôtel absolument super !! Très belle bâtisse classée monument historique. L'accueil du soir et celui du matin est juste incroyable. Les chambres sont vraiment très, spacieuses, la literie très confortable. Le petit dej est bien. Juste je pense qu il faut avoir fait HEC pour trouver comment fonctionne l'eau chaude de la douche :-) Sinon c'est sans hésiter un 10 sur 10. Aussi tout proche de la gare Saint Roch (100 m)

Séjour plutôt agréable mais des points sont à revoir selon moi. Commençons par le positif: suite spacieuse, équipement présent, piscine entretenue régulièrement et personnel très agréable. Les points négatifs: pas de restaurant, seulement des frigos mis à disposition avec des plats préparés mais très peu élaborés et très peu de choix. La terrasse n’est plus accessible en soirée, vous êtes obligés de sortir de l’hôtel. Et peut-être la localisation, trop éloignée de la gare mais ça vous n’y pouvait rien. Le ménage est fait mais avec négligence: tache sur les draps blancs, cheveux….) Ça reste un très bon hôtel que je recommande dans l’ensemble mais si les points énoncés plus haut sont davantage travaillés, il pourrait devenir excellent. Pour le moment, on peut trouver mieux au même prix sur Montpellier.

房間的風景很好，出門十分鐘就是公共海灘，很方便。酒店環境封閉，停車位也不用擔心。早餐不是很豐富，有些雞肋，但是周圍也沒有其他咖啡館和麪包店，衹能在酒店吃。周邊風景優美，但是離各種超市都不近。唯一可以改進的是打掃房間的姐姐有的不是很用心，經常會忘記給房間補充飲用水，衹好去餐廳自己要。

Un gran hotel de pequeñas habitaciones. El hotel está muy bien. Instalaciones actuales, aparcamiento, un buen desayuno y una buena localización. El único defecto es que la habitación y el baño eran tan pequeños que se hacian incomodos, hasta el punto que no tenia donde abrir la maleta si no era sobre la cama, lo que lo hace incomodo. No obstante la habitación y el baño estaban bien.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

MMaverick79Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

TTài khoản kháchHere’s a clearer, more polished version of your review while keeping your honest tone: ⸻ B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

(It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. TT/RFellow travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had. The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.
