TTài khoản khách*Chào mừng và Dịch vụ:* Đến lúc 4 giờ chiều diễn ra nhanh chóng với việc nhận phòng hiệu quả. Tuy nhiên, khách phải trả một khoản phí 3,60 € mỗi đêm và đặt cọc 150 €. Một bảng tóm tắt các dịch vụ được cung cấp bởi khách sạn đã được cung cấp. Điều quan trọng là phải dành một khoảng thời gian cho spa/phòng tắm hammam. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

MMaverick79Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request.
We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

B&B Hotel Toulouse – Review
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Cité de l’Espace. We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV.
However, there were several drawbacks.
We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey.
The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening.
The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much.
The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat.
Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person.
No carpets in the rooms.

(It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. ＜Price＞ It is cost-effective. ＜Comprehensive＞ It is perfect for practicality.

Easy access to almost everywhere , beach , shops and all 🫡 words can’t express how happy i am with the service. Kitchen is fully equipped .

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.
