La réceptionniste m'a demandé une caution de 100eur pour la chambre et à confondu 2 numéros de ma carte et me disait que je ne pourrais pas accéder à la chambre sans caution. J'ai perdu 20min avant qu'elle se rende compte de son erreur. L'hôtel est acceptable mais n'est pas exceptionnel. C'est le minimum, idéal pour une nuit mais pas plus!

很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！

POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

Cons: - The rooms are outside of the main building. Dorms are large but it gets really hot and there's no AC or even fans. It's quite suffocating, even with the windows open (and there's a bar just next to it, so it can be nosy in the evening). Thankfully Belgium nights aren't too hot. - Showers and toilets are in the same room, and shared for men and women, which can feel like a lack of privacy. - No hairdryer or any amenities in the shower room. Pros: - Good location, 15min walk to the center. - Beautiful restaurant inside the main building. - Free earplugs

Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift. Very confusing and not good for people who have mobility issues. The escalators near the convenience store outside the station were not working, if you are mobile you can climb stairs but with luggage I'd recommend that you use the carpark lift. Buses you can tap on with your credit card or phone pay. There's luggage storage lockers at the station but expensive and once you lock you can't unlock until you are finished using otherwise you have to pay again, even if you paid already for many hours. Love Brugge Plenty to see No hangers No hairdryer in room No tea coffee facilities Basic room

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

TTài khoản kháchCozy and nice looking hotel near the center of Bruges. Nice location - near the center of Bruges but at the same time quiet and right next to the canal and bus stop. Lobby, halls and stairs areas look just gorgeous! Cool old furniture, paintings, statues etc. The stairs themselves are wooden and beatifully made. My room (number 2) had tall ceilings and huge windows facing the canal. Only wish it would have been on one of the upper floors. Same thing with old-style furniture in the room - that was nice and beatiful. But the old and worn power outlets were not that nice. Also, the fridge in the room was a joke - it sorta worked but didn't keep stuff in it cold, couldn't even handle a couple of beers. The bed was very comfortable and I've slept like a baby. The lobby zone was very nice to hang, really enjoyed having a beer in the evening, sitting there in one of the sofas. The breakfast was okay, not very diverse, but everything was tasty and fresh. A bit missed the porridge though. Overall, it was good experience, I've enjoyed my stay!

NNeilJHotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

AAnne LiekeWe had a nice time at Talbot House. The big plus is the historic value of the place, as we visited the area to learn more about WWI. So amazing to be able to explore the house and talk to the volunteer working here. Other things we liked were the friendly service and breakfast. Also big plus we could bring our dog, staying in the garden house. With the cold whilst we were there, not having central heating was a bit of a struggle as the aircon is only on during the afternoon/evening and harder to set to a consistent temperature. Also the shared bathroom’s window couldn’t be closed, so absolutely freezing to go to. Last, our room was on the small side and felt a bit cramped especially with our dog. But overall good value for money.

Beware there are rooms with wooden logs that may not be acceptable by some tourists. Some rooms are on G/F or underground floors which you may need some psychological preparation. In a word, a very good hotel with professional staff and excellent location to go everywhere

TTài khoản kháchA great find - this super-clean and modern hotel was perfect for an overnight stop.  Rooms were very clean with everything needed in case you’d forgotten your bathroom bits.   Lovely restaurant with superb breakfast.  Good choice for evening snacks or dinner too.  Located just on the outskirts of Bruges it’s a 3km walk into the main square, perfect for us.  Lovely lady on reception was so kind and helpful, making check-in so easy.  Surrounded by a field of sheep one side and cute little pathway the other, a real little gem.  Highly recommend.  One mention is the room windows are terrifyingly dangerous and the pillows aren’t the best!
