Amaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday.We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.

The hotel reception girl unhelpful.when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service.i do understand some times can't do early checking but if the hotel told I can arrange another hotel and last when I arrived hotel reception one lady front of complaint for room bath top is broken toilet door can't lock.I realized the give me same room,keep me after 3 hours waiting.😡😡😡😡😡 this I can give review for un response.

The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!

Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.
