It was a very lovely little hotel situated close to the central train station and was located within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Although the hotel itself and my room looked dated, the hotel and my hotel room were yet very clean, comfortable and cosy. The included breakfast was well worth the price and scale of this hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Torino Porta Nuova station. The rooms are clean and spacious and exude a historic vibe. The staff were very helpful even during late check-in and were able to give useful information about the vicinity of the hotel. The area is safe even during night time and are a close walk to the shopping district nearby.

L'hotel è posizionato proprio di fronte alla stazione Porta Nuova, posizione molto strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi senza avere il peso dei bagagli al seguito. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Al momento del check-in ci hanno chiesto se avremmo preferito una camera con il letto matrimoniale (al posto dei 2 letti singoli accostati). Inoltre, avendo espresso il timore di sentire il rumore del traffico e del tram ci hanno spontaneamente cambiato camera dandocene una posizionata sul lato interno. La camera era veramente confortevole e silenziosa, molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino favoloso! Lo stile è un po' retrò ma elegante. Nell'hotel è presente anche una SPA ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. Non abbiamo scelto la colazione ma a poche centinaia di metri ci sono bar e pasticcerie. Consiglio Pasticceria e cioccolateria Pfatish, strepitosa!

Весёлые администраторы, которые несмотря на языковой барьер (русский здесь не знают никто) - через переводчик старались помочь. Чистые номера с хорошими мягкими кроватями; душем; телевизором. В общем всё есть. Бесплатный трансфер от отеля в аэропорт так же оказался очень кстати! Спасибо за всё! Мы с удовольствием выбрали бы этот отель ещё раз! Цена очень приемлемая!

PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

KKate CoddaireI wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. In a quiet neighborhood where a 2 minute walk in a residential area brings you to self service laundry, a grocery store, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the more busy piazzas with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty of hooks and a large desk area, along with a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table.. Bathroom supplied round soap and shampoo. Front desk was efficient and stored my luggage after checkout while I explored the town further. Short walk to train station. Included breakfast was cheese, meats, hard boilded eggs, croissant, yogurt and fruit and a Coffee machine.

RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Appena varcata la soglia della spa, ci si sente avvolti da un’atmosfera di pace e lusso. La piscina interna riscaldata, con luci soffuse e dettagli in marmo, è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. L’acqua è mantenuta a una temperatura ideale, e le sedute idromassaggio contribuiscono a sciogliere ogni tensione muscolare. DDawidPHotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.
