This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus. Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at! The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome! The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time. The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately. To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget. Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)

Apart from the absence of parking space everything was fine inside the hotel : cleanliness, customer service, great breakfast... The only negative was a bad experience my wife had at the hotel's Hair salon: very bad treatment from the salon guy! Unacceptable!

I stayed one night at Pefkos City Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a cozy bed and fresh linens. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and everything fresh. Overall, great value for money and I would happily stay here again.

Khách sạn rất đẹp và rất trung tâm, nhưng yên tĩnh để ngủ. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đó một lần nữa, khi chúng tôi đến Limassol! Giường rất thoải mái và căn phòng ấm cúng. Điều duy nhất chúng tôi không thích: chúng tôi đã đặt nó, vì nó là khách sạn chỉ có cho người lớn: Nhưng vì mọi người, không ở trong khách sạn có thể đến ăn sáng và họ có thể mang theo trẻ em của họ, nó không thực sự chỉ là người lớn. Chúng tôi có 3 đứa trẻ nhảy xung quanh và chạy xung quanh và gọi lớn trong khi chúng tôi ăn sáng, điều đó chắc chắn là khó chịu và không thư giãn. We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

Great location of the hotel, prime and close to everything in Limassol with its own beach. Good spa. I recommend for stay in Limassol. Hotel is up to my expectations for business trip traveller. Stayed in hotel 3 times.

They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.
