It was clean. We slept well. Service was nice however amenities were disappointing. I chose based on photos but the pool was full of green goo and there was no pool table as pictured!  Breakfast was good except no eggs and you had to ask for a yogurt!  When asking for a second we were told, “no mas”!

Great experience good times updated amenities breakfast was dutifully provided and made the start to my day that much easier I definitely plan to stay again and would recommend it to anyone who’s visiting with a full itinerary ahead of them

酒店位於巴爾的摩巿區，酒店接待小哥服務非常不錯👍，附近有中餐館，去內港走路半小時左右，一路可以瀏覽各種建築風格，附近公交車站一、二分鐘左右可以走到，去火車站大約半小時不到。衹是酒店的設施非常之簡陋，不過對得起酒店的入住價格。但是個人覺得安全措施不佳，如果是女性朋友建議慎重預訂，因為房間門上的保險設施都是壞的（給我換了二個房間都是如此）。

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

The complimentary breakfast was nice, price was unbeatable... but there were two mice in my room running around in the floor and both times I went to the front desk there was nobody there!

This was a decent budget hotel provided you stay in the updated premium rooms until they stopped airport pick up shuttle services which also used to drop one off at the nearby MARC AMTRAK Station. Though an older motel, staff was the best. I have used this for the past 3 years. Staff is very good at their work and have a smile.. Always.I hope they return their shuttle service. Even if it is for limited hours.

It's an older hotel that had renovations done. Staff are nice people and they try to make your stay pleasant. The room's mattress was nice and firm and had plenty of optional pillows. There was noise from other night owls and partiers, but I was able to get a good night sleep wearing ear plugs and having the AC running which work very well. The room has a nice size TV, but it had an intermittent cable connection that maintenance repaired before I returned on the second day. I believe the room's small fridge is near end of life, because I had to place it on max cool to chill my water and beer to a nice refreshing drinking temperature. The room had complementary coffee and a coffee maker which made a good cup of coffee. They provide a very limited breakfast, some muffins, tangerines, bananas, and fresh brewed coffee. I opted for McDonalds down the road. They need to designate a smoking area away from entrances. It was unpleasant walking past and through someone smoking just outside the entrance.

It's a nice hotel, clean. And. The staff if friendly. I rate it that way because of the experiences there. People constantly out in their cars all-night. If you have a room why would you being ur car all day and night. I don't think they even had rooms. At night there were red Lazer lights being used to disrupt my sleep and staff did nothing about it it continued and I could t confront because so many different people staying in their cars. So not sure which person's it was. Sucrose to just going to deal with all of them. I've never been at a hotel who doesn't say thi g to people just staying in their cars before especially when told about the harrasment.
