Phòng khá rộng hơn so với mong đợi. Rất thoải mái cho 7 thành viên trong gia đình tôi. Điều quan trọng nhất là dễ tìm đồ ăn vào lúc nửa đêm. Có rất nhiều nhà hàng đồ ăn xung quanh đó. Bạn không cần phải lo lắng về việc đói. Đi bộ 5 phút đến Pasar Filipina.

Very nice place to stay with reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again if go to KK again especially with my family. Lurve ＜3

The location is right in the city centre. The capsule is very nice, provide better privacy and security. Toilet and bathroom are integrated, with shampoo provided. Hair dryer, water dispenser, fridge are available. Lockers are available, but the lock don't work. Consequently, all are occupied by other guests who checked in earlier. The management need to control and carry out inspection. Moreover the AC in the common hall is faulty. Please improve on these two areas. The rest are good!

Vị trí rất dễ tìm. Gần đó có rất nhiều quán ăn nằm n*** góc cửa hàng. Cách khách sạn chưa đầy 2 phút đi bộ là tiệm giặt dễ dàng nếu bạn cần giặt nhanh. Dễ sử dụng. Phòng sạch sẽ dù nhỏ nhưng như mong đợi. Đi kèm với các tiện nghi thông thường bàn chải đánh răng kem đánh răng dép đi trong nhà, sữa tắm và dầu gội, v.v. vui lòng yêu cầu máy sấy tóc từ quầy. Đối với người nước ngoài có thuế du lịch mỗi đêm xin vui lòng lưu ý. Không áp dụng cho người Malaysia. Tôi không còn lựa chọn nào khác nhưng ngày hôm sau tôi đã yêu cầu lễ tân đưa cho tôi giấy, bút và nhãn dán để nhắc du khách giữ im lặng. Tôi dán qua đoạn văn và Nó đã hoạt động. Tôi đã có giấc ngủ ngon sau đó. Tôi đề nghị khách sạn làm một nhãn dán thông báo thích hợp bằng một số ngôn ngữ để nhắc nhở. 第一天住的比較舒服，所以想續訂兩天豪華大床房，但是我之前訂的那個房型沒有了，和老闆商量，加錢都不行，衹能訂最普通的房型，這個房型面積小了很多！兩個大人帶小孩就比較擁擠。 服務:服務這次不滿意的地方比較多。 1、但是換房間真的挺糟心的，要求必須在12點之前退了上一個房間，並且於3點之後才能在入住新訂的房間，那我中間三個小時幹啥，白耽誤三個小時，這個可以優化整改一下。 2、前台有會説中文的服務員，但是看到我中國護照從來不説中文，我都懷疑他不會説，但是最後一天退房看到他和一個女生説中文，我都驚呆了！為啥會説中文，看到我是中國護照，還要和我講英語？ 3、這間房衞生打掃的還是不錯的，這點值得表揚，續住中間那天也給打掃了。 房卡丟了和我説規則要求賠150馬幣，然後給我優惠100馬幣，一個成本10來塊人民幣的東西，敢要賠300？頂一晚上房費了，這和敲詐一樣，住那麼多酒店，第一次碰到房卡丟了賠300的，最後不想折騰，聯繫攜程客服，賠償了60馬幣（人民幣100出頭）！ 不好的地方抓緊改進吧。

The front desk staff assured me that I would be allocated a room without such problems and stated that it was designated for foreign guests and had not received any complaints. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded to book a twin-bed room. Upon check-in, we were required to carry our luggage to the third floor due to the absence of an elevator, and no assistance was offered by the staff. Although the room layout was acceptable, it was poorly maintained, with visible damage to the headboard. On the third evening, after returning to the hotel during heavy rain, we discovered that the shower was not functioning properly, with no water supply initially and only minimal cold water later. Despite being informed that a technician would attend to the matter at 11:00 p.m., no assistance was provided even after 11:25 p.m. Subsequently, the air-conditioning unit began leaking water. When I requested a room change, the staff initially declined, citing a lack of availability. Only after I insisted on speaking to the manager or owner was a replacement room, free from these issues, finally provided. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, as it is evident that management has failed to take previous guest feedback seriously or implement necessary improvements despite repeated online complaints.
