The location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are. However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained. Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

Budget hotel in the middle of batam . Maybe 10-15 minutes car ride from batam ferry terminal. Very basic budget hotel so doesn't expect too much. Worth the price of 300k rupiah. Room size is quite for the price ,not too cramp.

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang! Second Time at the Bamboo Camp and it is still very impressive how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Không có gì phàn nàn, khách sạn này thoải mái và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện và nhân viên an ninh rất hữu ích. Khen ngợi đội ngũ dọn phòng vì đã giữ cho phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Có một vài thứ nhỏ ở đây và ở đó, nhưng nhìn chung, tôi hài lòng với khách sạn này với mức giá tôi đã trả. Vị trí cũng tuyệt vời, gần Trung tâm mua sắm Nagoya nổi tiếng.

We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
