Vị trí của khách sạn này thực sự rất thuận tiện, mất khoảng 10 phút để đến di tích Nhà thờ Thánh Paul cùng nhiều điểm tham quan khác ở khu trung tâm của Ma Cao. Thật ngạc nhiên, phòng sạch hơn tôi nghĩ và có các tiện nghi cần thiết bao gồm nước nóng, wifi, dép đi trong nhà, v.v. Nhưng không dễ để người mới đến tìm thấy nó, hãy tìm biển báo có ghi ”Edificio Kam Hou” và leo cầu thang lên tầng 1 để nhận phòng.

Had a great experience staying at City Inn Macau! The room was clean, big and I did not expect the complete amenities from toiletries, slippers, free water, coffee and tea. The room has a smart TV and an automated curtain which is really a plus. I had a good sleep no hearing noises from the adjacent rooms. The shower area is separated so the water will not overflow with the toilet area, this is something I valued. Water pressure is good with consistent hot water. I got an early check in at 11am and I left my luggage after check out without additional charge too! The 2 receptionists I encounter are both nice and welcoming. I have already recommend this to my friends and I am sure I will come back.

Amazing location! This hotel is perfect because of where it's situated. You have everything right around the corner: restaurants, cafes, and shops. Plus, it's just a short walk from the main streets and the Lisboa Casino. Very convenient and at an excellent price. Totally recommended!

Receptionist can’t speak in English. Had a hard time communicating with the hotel. Also, bed is very tough so it’s uncomfortable to sleep. They don’t have available mattress toper. Also, wifi is not working on our first day of stay. Taxi won’t also like to drop us off in front of the hotel is the alley to too narrow. But place is near Senado Square. Also, amenities and place was superb.

Tôi là phụ nữ và là người nước ngoài đã đi đến macau một mình để xem hòa nhạc, và không đủ khả năng chi trả cho một buổi hòa nhạc rất đắt tiền, và tôi nghĩ rằng nơi này đủ đáp ứng nhu cầu của tôi. Có một trạm xe buýt gần đó và 7/11 rất tiện lợi khi tôi đến vào ban đêm và có thể đi bộ đến đó một cách nhanh chóng. Cũng có các trung tâm đổi tiền gần đó rất tiện lợi. Nhân viên luôn bổ sung nước cho bình đựng nước và bàn chải đánh răng của tôi khi tôi ra ngoài, điều đó thật tuyệt. Tôi cảm thấy đủ an toàn ở đây và nếu tôi đến macau một lần nữa, tôi có thể cân nhắc đây là một lựa chọn tiết kiệm! Tôi đã không chụp ảnh căn phòng nhưng tôi có bức ảnh này từ bên ngoài cửa sổ, tôi ở trên tầng hai :)

Khách sạn rất tốt, vị trí thuận lợi gần trạm xe buýt, chỉ cách 80-100m. Phòng rộng rãi, đủ chỗ cho 3 người và hành lý lớn. Giống như các khách sạn khác, phòng tắm được trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ như bàn chải đánh răng, dầu gội, xà phòng của các thương hiệu nổi tiếng và đắt tiền, máy sấy tóc, khăn tắm, giấy vệ sinh, nước nóng, v.v. Không có phòng tắm riêng. Có 1 giường đôi và 1 giường sofa cho 3 người. Có TV với các kênh địa phương. Xung quanh khách sạn có nhiều nhà hàng địa phương. Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ.

This hotel offers a great value for money. The rooms are simply designed and clean, centrally located , close to the Mont Fort and the ruins of Saint Paul. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, 🔆 but the hotel is located on an uphill road, which can make it a bit difficult to get to the closest bus station, especially with heavy luggage.

Location is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless. However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. ========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ========== The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job. If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics. Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.” Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?! I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive. ================================================================================ Facilities: The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.

It was a good stay. The hotel was clean and the environment was nice so there are nothing to complain about.
