Nhân viên hoàn toàn tuyệt vời. Căn phòng sạch sẽ. Giường rất thoải mái. Bồn tắm nước nóng thật tuyệt vời. Hồ bơi đẹp. Thức ăn rất ngon và tôi không có phàn nàn chút nào.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.

This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪 I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet…. I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊 Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻 I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉 #RamadabyWyndhamCoquitlam #Coquitlam #Vancouver2024

Tôi đến thăm anh trai đang ở Bệnh viện Richmond, chỉ cách đó 2 phút đi bộ. N*** cả khi trời mưa vào thời điểm đó, tôi cũng không thực sự cần đồ đi mưa. Vị trí thuận tiện này khiến tôi ngạc nhiên. Trung tâm Richmond và các cơ sở ngân hàng chỉ cách đó khoảng 500m. Tòa nhà hơi cũ từ bên ngoài, nhưng giường và phòng tắm thì tuyệt vời. Tôi ở tầng 4 hướng vào bên trong hướng ra công viên. Nơi đây yên tĩnh và điều hòa không quá tệ so với tuổi của tòa nhà. Xe đưa đón đến và đi từ sân bay đúng giờ. Khu vực đón có biển báo rõ ràng. Vì không có nhiều khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ đưa đón, tôi khuyên bạn nên sắp xếp trước với lễ tân khách sạn. Bữa sáng ngon với nhiều lựa chọn. Nhân viên mà tôi gặp rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Tôi không thể mong đợi gì hơn từ khách sạn nhỏ này. Tôi sẽ ở lại đây một lần nữa! Rất phù hợp với nhu cầu của tôi và giá trị đồng tiền!

Very convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper. Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan. The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark. I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.

The first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels. Ken Kobza
