Nhân viên hoàn toàn tuyệt vời. Căn phòng sạch sẽ. Giường rất thoải mái. Bồn tắm nước nóng thật tuyệt vời. Hồ bơi đẹp. Thức ăn rất ngon và tôi không có phàn nàn chút nào.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.

This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪 I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet…. I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊 Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻 I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉 #RamadabyWyndhamCoquitlam #Coquitlam #Vancouver2024

Very convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper. Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan. The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark. I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.

The first night of our stay was wonderful, until went down for the breakfast and the pancake machine did not work, is sprayed pancake mix all over the counter, and the remaining selection for the continental breakfast was VERY limited, the second night att about 1230 am a very large and loud group of guests entered the hotel, they were yelling and hollering and slamming door until 420 AM so needless to say no sleep that night, called desk staff at 1240 when it started and they said they would rectify the situation. Well that never happened!!! When I confronted the dssk staff about the issue in the morning, they said it was a large group of guests and there was nothing they could do about it. I said thatbis not right, there were many things they could have done of they chose to do what was required. They said they would have the manager call us and work out a compromise for the night that we endured. 5 days later and still no call!!! We have stayed here before and came back because it was a nice place, but the lack of concern for a dissatisfied customer has made me question any further stays at the Ramad chain of hotels. Du khách nhiệt thành và đánh giá trung thực. Đặt phòng 3 ngày và nhận được phòng cũ hơn với lò sưởi dầu cắm điện và quạt vì chân tường không được cải tạo. Ổ cắm điện chật chội và ổ cắm điện phía sau chiếc TV bám bụi để chạy tất cả. Nhưng giá cả phải chăng nên mong đợi một vài thứ. Phải ở lại thêm một ngày nữa nên đã đặt phòng trực tuyến, nhận được phòng tốt hơn nhưng khi đến nơi thì thấy một phụ nữ trẻ bất tỉnh trong giây lát với một ”ống” trên tay n*** lối vào và vì có trẻ em trong khuôn viên, tôi đã báo cáo khi đặt phòng và có vẻ như nó đã bị thổi bay. Sau đó, một người đàn ông dẫn cô gái nói trên vào, rõ ràng là cô ấy đang ”làm việc” nhưng cũng không có khả năng đồng ý và tôi cũng nói với nhân viên lễ tân chính xác như vậy rằng cô ấy có máu ở mặt sau chân, người dường như đã thổi bay nó. Tôi rất lo lắng về thực tế là cô gái trẻ dễ dàng trở thành nạn nhân. Vì vậy, nếu bạn ổn với điều đó và không có gì đảm bảo về chất lượng phòng của bạn thì đây là nơi. Chỗ ở tệ hại, không, tôi đã thấy tệ hơn, và phòng thứ hai chắc chắn là đạt tiêu chuẩn, nhưng khu phố cũng có thể cho phép các loại ”lưu trú” khác vì điều đó hoàn toàn trắng trợn. Nhưng này, nó rẻ!
