Сотрудники на стойке регистрации приветливые, терпеливо отвечают на вопросы. Номер достаточно просторный, есть маленькая прихожая со шкафом, в комнате стол, стулья, мини-холодильник, кондиционер, чайник. Приятно, что есть кофе и чай (в отличие от одноименного отеля). Везде чисто, хорошее постельное белье, новые полотенца. Wifi хороший. Хотя внутри двора машины, довольно тихо. Завтрак дороговат - около 11 евро. Явный минус - мини-холодильник работает плохо, почти не охлаждает даже на максимальном режиме. В целом впечатление благоприятное, смело можно рекомендовать.

TTài khoản kháchA great stay. The transportation is very convenient. Supermarkets and subway stations are very close. The room rate is good value for money, the room is spacious and clean. The double bed is big, but the bedding is small. I used two 90cm wide beddings. The front desk staff is very friendly. The breakfast staff is attentive. They did not chase me away when they were done cleaning, and let me continue to finish breakfast. They did not think that I was hindering their work.

RRomstarFun from the very start. You gò to reception on floor 1/2 in a moaning old lift. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. You couldn't get any closer to St. Stephens cathedral!! The room we stayed in was a studio on the 4th floor, but facing away from the views. No problem, as it's right outside the front door!! Close to many wonderful sights, metro, trams, and bus stops. Some of the kitchen items could do with an upgrade. Unsure if off season travel and prices effected the cleaning service? But we saw leftover moments from previous guests all over the room. And we couldn't make the tv work, but who needs tv when in Budapest??! But for short-term term visit, great central location!! 👍

KKateppkI had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.  Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water.

I saw the hotel when I got off the bus. It was about a 4-minute walk to the hotel. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by tram 1 or subway M3. The transportation is very convenient. Take tram 1 for 2 stops to Mester utca / Könyves Kálmán körút station ID: F01509, where there is a shopping mall with 2 large supermarkets and a food court. The hotel's continental breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious and good quality, and is a 4-star breakfast level; the hotel room is about 88% new, with 2 single beds. Although the room is not big, it can accommodate 2 24-inch suitcases; there are small tables, seats, TVs, hangers and small safes, but there are no electric kettles and small refrigerators, which is inconvenient. In addition, there are enough power sockets, the bed sheets are white, clean and comfortable, the central air conditioner is cold and quiet, and the WIFI speed is fast. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas, with a bathtub , the tap water is clear, the toilet is clean and drains quickly, and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective and I will consider it again when I come to Budapest.

BBrunoLMWe stayed for one night and, while the experience was acceptable, we wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Although we had booked a premium double room, we were given a twin room instead. We had to push the beds together, which was not ideal. The room felt outdated and could use renovation. There were no light sensors or automatic switches to save energy. The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. Also, the kettle was placed in a spot without a power socket, so we had to move it to the dresser to make tea — though the tea selection was good. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free options and plant-based milks. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The elevator was very slow and noisy. In the early morning, we could clearly hear doors slamming and elevator sounds from our room. A decent option for a short stay, but we’ll look elsewhere next time.
