A boutique local hotel under the Excel brand, it is what I can expect. Everything works, good Tokyu group facilities. Felt that the car park fee at ¥1,200 per night is a bit high in this kind of city.

入住2晚 位置：很好找，離JR松江站3分鐘步程，附近吃很多，也可以去JR站和AEON，也有很多食肆，對面有7-11 服務：殷勤快捷主動，有問必答，非常有禮貌，有益力多及雪條免費供應 房間：空間足，佈局合理，裝修雅緻，床品舒適，乾淨衛生，沐浴水力强，泡浴有電視睇，隔音效果理想 早餐：非常多選擇，和式西式皆有，也有地方特色美食包括出雲喬麥面，補充亦快，咖啡特別出色

Habitación bastante pequeña y encima la mitad del suelo estaba elevado por una especie de estante de madera que me hizo tropezar un par de veces. Baño común demasiado caliente y no muy cómodo. Había un sofá de masaje pero creo que estaba roto y muy desgastado. Solo había 1 ascensor funcionando y no era cómodo. Personal de recepción muy atentos y me dejaron en la habitacion la maleta que había enviado desde Kioto.

Price performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it

Đó thực sự là một khách sạn rất tốt. Tôi không mong đợi gì về Daogen, nhưng từ khi xuống sân bay Xuyun, đến khách sạn, tôi đều gặp những người rất niềm nở và thân thiện. Các nhân viên quản lý cầu Thiết kế và cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn, tôi có thể nói là những trong những lần đầu tiên trong tất cả các khách sạn Nhật Bản mà tôi đã ở. Thiết kế rõ ràng là rất chu đáo, thuận tiện và thiết th Khách sạn nằm ngay phải của ga, giao thông đi lại cũng thuận tiện. Nhân viên lễ tân không chỉ nhiệt tình và kiên nhẫn mà còn đặc biệt viết hướng dẫn khách sạn tiếng Anh, rất cảm động và khen ngợi! ! !

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again
