We needed a hotel for one night that was close to the airport. This fit our needs. It definitely needs updating and is not worth $150+ a night but…it’s clean and the beds are comfortable.

Clean hotel even during renovations. Tub was a little colored. Rooms are VERY spacious, breakfast ia about as basic as a continental breakfast comes. Parking was terrible due to the snow. I would stay here again tho.

The room we got even though was visibly clean, there was lot of dust especially from the air conditioner vents. Pillow covers and bedsheets seemed to be not washed for long or dusty. Overall room missed a comfortable feel. They also could have put some room fresheners. Breakfast was very basic or minimal. I did not use any other amenities like pool or gym so not sure of that.

This is a nice enough hotel, comfortable and quiet. I find the hotel could use a little refurbishing but all in all, good value for the money in the location it has. For me it’s close to the bus station for a layover for Boston or heading up the coast of Maine

TTài khoản kháchWe just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.

TTài khoản kháchWe stayed at the room in Annex and our group stayed at two rooms.-very clean and new! The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable! The bathroom is small but very clean! We slept very well! The breakfast was grab and go- good for hikers! They have laundry and indoor pool. We didn’t use the pool but it looked big and clean. We didn’t use a lot service, but the staff at front desk was nice when we were asking questions. The only thing is that one of the room has a odor of new renovated room- Luckily we bought a sachet and didn’t stay at room a lot so it was acceptable. The other room was odor free though! Depending on which room you staying I think. There is a Walmart nearby and the Tesla supercharge, however, the route is a one way route in front of the hotel and about 40 minutes driving to the Acadia National park so not very convenient but we are very grateful for the last minute booking d/t plumbing issue at the other place we stayed! Overall good staying experience and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a clean and nice Inn- the room we stayed definitely way better than a motel room!!

TTraveling TanThis hotel is conveniently close to the town, it’s a little outdated, the room was musty when we came into it. The coffee machine didn’t work and the door got stuck when going into and out of the room.

The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay,
Facilities:
The motel's facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The room also featured a mini-fridge, which came in handy for drinks. Additionally, the motel grounds were well-kept and provided a relaxing environment to unwind.
Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast was simply fantastic.

TTài khoản kháchThey were helpful and friendly when I stopped by early to get my room key and pay for the room. They previous guest were late checking out, so we couldn’t actually get into the room.
The room was quite large with a nice couch and balcony. Also had a coffee make, refrigerator, and M/W. Good TV. The bathroom was a little smaller, although better than some of the hotels in the area, which all tend to be older. It was a little rainy and foggy, but still had some nice views. We were on the first floor and I think the second floor would be a little better. We seem to go back to Greenville quite often and I will use them again.

PPrasathRamakrishnanWe stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham as a group of 4 families for a one-night stopover. The rooms were pleasant, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The complimentary “to-go” breakfast was convenient, offering boiled eggs, ready-to-eat oats boxes, probiotic mix, juices, apples, and a microwave for use. While simple, it was thoughtful and practical for travelers on the move. Overall, a good option for short stays with clean rooms and a quick breakfast.

TTài khoản kháchRooms were nice, like the layout of them. Has ac and heater to set to your liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was OK. However we didn’t swim in it. It was 9 feet deep on deepest side. We went for a concert, knowing they were one of the places that offered a ride to the concert however, there was only limited spots, so we didnt use that service. Bar/ restaurant that’s attached was a good size and offers some live entertainment on dates listed there.
