Great location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony. The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :) Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

Chuỗi nhà nghỉ này có lẽ là chuỗi nhà nghỉ tốt nhất thế giới. Giường ngủ thoải mái và mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Có rất nhiều thứ miễn phí - rượu vang hoặc bia khi nhận phòng, nước lọc, trà, cà phê và bánh quy có sẵn 24/7. Trái cây miễn phí vào bữa trưa. Nhà bếp tuyệt vời và rộng rãi để nấu ăn. Nhà bếp được trang bị đầy đủ nguyên liệu miễn phí: trứng, mì ống, sốt cà chua, đồ hộp, cà chua, dưa chuột, hành tây, tỏi và bí ngòi. Rất nhiều món ăn. Có một sân hiên tuyệt vời và khu vực đọc sách. Có một quầy bar thú vị ở tầng trệt. Các phòng được thông gió tốt. Wi-Fi hoạt động rất tốt. Ở tầng trệt có một đội chơi trò chơi với ******************* và bi-a. Có trò bóng bàn trong quầy bar. Giá cả hợp lý. Đây thực sự là một nhà nghỉ lý tưởng, nơi mọi chi tiết đều được chăm chút để mang đến cho khách cảm giác thoải mái. Tôi sẽ đến Milan vào tuần tới - tôi cũng đã đặt một nhà nghỉ của chuỗi nhà nghỉ này ở đó, và mọi thứ ở đó đều tuyệt vời không kém. Tôi giới thiệu nó cho mọi người! Trung tâm thành phố Genoa chỉ cách nhà trọ một đoạn đi bộ ngắn. Ga tàu và FlixBus cách đó 10 phút đi bộ. Nhìn chung, nơi này hoàn hảo.

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

Well, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.

房間乾淨整潔，距離火車站2分鐘路程，因為是自助入住，需要提前獲取密碼拿鑰匙，等我到酒店才反應過來沒有密碼。通過網絡電話把老闆叫過來幫助了我才順利入住，總之一切都順利！

Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.
