Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.

The Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town. We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay. We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later. The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this. Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

I had an amazing stay. I will definitely go back and I would recommend it to anyone. Excellent services and amazing staff.

Mooiplaas là một nơi tuyệt vời cho một kỳ nghỉ yên bình sạch sẽ, tinh tế. Phong cảnh nhìn ra tầm trời cam và Ostriches làm những điều của họ làm, Oh quá đáng yêu!! Nơi này được quản lý tốt và nhân viên là một nhóm người dân quê vui vẻ cũ tốt. Không có gì quá nhiều. Đồ ăn ngon và trái cây và rau tươi được giao hàng ngày. Phòng ốc cũ nhưng gọn gàng. Sàn gỗ mang lại cho nơi này cảm giác vintage. Thảm tường màu đen cũ không tốt lắm nhưng những tấm nền đẹp ném trên nó là có thể chịu được. Họ có một số sách chất lượng tốt để đọc và tận hưởng. Thực đơn bữa sáng và bữa tối ở điểm 👌🏾👌🏾. Tôi thích bánh mì nướng ở nhà 😋 😋 Hộp ăn sáng được chuẩn bị trước khi đi 5am-120km của tôi rất tuyệt vời! Nó đã chuẩn bị rất tốt như tôi đã có yêu cầu. Tôi đã đặt phòng cho chuyến đi tiếp theo 😍😍. Tôi thích xem những thứ đó vui vẻ và tận hưởng công việc của họ. Nó luôn là một bảng hiệu tốt khi nhân viên thích những gì họ làm. Tôi nghĩ tôi có thể đã làm một hoặc hai người bạn. Quán curio rất thú vị và dịch vụ tại Spa là ... bạn đoán nó, Oh quá đáng yêu!! ☺️

This hotel is in the centre of the CBD. It’s closer to many local amenities and long street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of options and the restaurant is open until very late at night and has local and international cuisines like Korean short rib and Vietnamese spring roll. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have The Grotto Spa within the hotel which I highly recommend. I definitely would suggest you check it out if you plan to visit Cape Town.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Căn phòng rất thoải mái, nhưng không phải là sạch nhất & mọi thứ đã được sơn để trông mới. Tuy nhiên, rõ ràng là khách sạn cần một số TLC. Nhìn chung, nó ổn cho một kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày. Tôi không nghĩ tôi có thể ở lại đó lâu hơn 1 hoặc 2 ngày.
