Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking. Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

Vệ sinh rất tốt, mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, có nước nóng và nước lạnh để uống, rất thân thiện với dạ dày của người Trung Quốc. Bữa sáng hàng ngày cũng khá phong phú với các món ăn Nhật Bản. Khi tôi dọn giường vào ban đêm, tôi được tặng một túi hoa oải hương để giúp tôi ngủ, thật chu đáo. Tuy nhiên, phòng tôi ở lại nằm n*** đối diện phòng nước nên hơi ồn. Tốt nhất là nên tránh điều này khi chọn phòng!

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

TTài khoản kháchLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

PPathAndAndromedaAdventuresMy check-In and out was smooth and quick, the deposit was sent back to my card within 2hrs of checking out. My service dog and I stayed in room 120, the only issue with the room was noticing that the smoke alarm was missing(only realized 15 minutes before checking out). It was freezing cold outside, but my room was right across from the pool & hot tub, so I couldn't resist a 9pm trip into that hot & bubbly water for some relaxation before bed. The double rails make getting in & out so much easier for my disability, but they also have the chair assists for people who can't get in or out by themselves.

RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

TTài khoản kháchStaying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

Khách sạn rộng hơn, phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi, mình mới thuê hai đêm, đêm thứ hai không đi chơi, phòng mình chỉ thấy pháo hoa Disneyland.tuyệt vời. Bãi đậu xe - được bảo vệ bởi cổng, $ 32 một ngày, đó là tốt. Chỉ cần dịch vụ giữ hành lý của khách sạn Nếu bạn quay lại muộn hơn một chút, họ phải rất lâu mới ra ngoài. Ngoài ra còn có một cửa hàng bán đồ ăn nhẹ bán cà phê và đồ ăn riêng của họ, bánh mì tròn của anh ấy rất ngon.

NnxxxxMặc dù khách sạn này có vẻ sang trọng qua các bức ảnh - và tôi đã từng ở nhiều khách sạn Conrads, nhưng thực tế thì không phải vậy. Khách sạn có cảm giác nhỏ và chật chội. Phòng rất cơ bản và vòi hoa sen không mạnh. Có vẻ như căn phòng chỉ đẹp để chụp ảnh nhưng thực tế có vẻ rẻ tiền. Các phòng không được cách âm và chúng tôi đã nghe thấy một cặp đôi cãi nhau một đêm. Tiếng còi báo động từ khu ổ chuột liên tục (khu ổ chuột chỉ cách một con phố). Bữa sáng ngon mặc dù cả hai lần chúng tôi dùng bữa đều bị nguội và phải làm lại. Điều này thật đáng thất vọng vì đây là dịch vụ gọi món! Thành thật mà nói, tôi sẽ không ở lại đây nữa.
