Thủ tục nhận phòng ở mức trung bình — không có lời chào hay cảm giác chào đón, điều này thật đáng thất vọng đối với một khách sạn 5 sao. Phòng có vòi sen bị hỏng, nhưng đã được một kỹ thuật viên chuyên nghiệp sửa trong vòng một giờ — dịch vụ tuyệt vời ở đó. Dịch vụ dọn phòng không nhất quán. Ngày 1 thì tuyệt vời, nhưng Ngày 2 thì thiếu khăn tắm và không có đồ vệ sinh cá nhân. Ngày 3 thì tệ nhất — không có giấy vệ sinh hoặc khăn giấy, chỉ đủ dùng trong ngày. Phải liên tục yêu cầu những vật dụng cơ bản trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Thủ tục trả phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ và nhanh chóng. Nhìn chung, dịch vụ và tiện nghi không đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của khách sạn 5 sao. Phản hồi bảo trì phòng là một điểm cộng, nhưng dịch vụ dọn phòng và dịch vụ khách hàng cần được cải thiện.

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.

I booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

Traveled to Miri just a short staycation. Loved the resort. They willing do extra miles for our stays. Will come back again Walking distance to the beach and the best sunset Just the room a little strange smell
