Khách Sạn Có spa Tại Lombardia, Ý

Tôi ở một đêm trong phòng đơn, phòng rộng hơn tôi tưởng, giường cũng vậy (giường 3/4 chứ không phải giường đơn). Tủ lạnh loại nhỏ gọn và tôi rất vui vì két sắt trong phòng đủ lớn để đựng máy tính xách tay. Có lẽ điều duy nhất còn thiếu là dụng cụ pha trà hoặc cà phê. Mọi thứ đều rất sạch sẽ. Điều kỳ lạ duy nhất là quầy lễ tân hoàn toàn bằng kính với một khe nhỏ ở ngang tầm bàn, khiến tôi phải cúi xuống để nghe nhân viên lễ tân nói gì... điều này không tạo ấn tượng ”thân thiện” lắm khi mới đến. Khu vực xung quanh khách sạn rất đẹp với nhiều quán cà phê và nhà hàng. Ngoài ra còn có một siêu thị lớn, rất tốt n*** gần đó. Nhìn chung, một kỳ nghỉ dễ chịu và chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại.

Lần đầu tiên đến Milan, khách sạn này được đánh giá rất cao vì giá trị của nó. Thứ nhất, khách sạn rất mới và nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, giúp bạn dễ dàng đi bộ đến hầu hết các điểm tham quan hoặc chỉ mất 10 phút đi phương tiện giao thông công cộng. Khách sạn không lớn, nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi và dịch vụ thân thiện. Tuy phòng hơi nhỏ, nhưng giường và khăn trải giường rất thoải mái, và mọi thứ đều được chăm sóc chu đáo. Khách sạn đặc biệt tốt, nhất là với hiệu sách nhỏ và nhà hàng ăn sáng liền kề (cũng là một quán bar nhỏ, rất lý tưởng để chụp ảnh). Thực đơn bữa sáng không bị giới hạn, nhưng vẫn khá ngon. Mỗi người có thể gọi một món chính, và tôi đã chọn các món khác nhau trong ba đêm lưu trú, tất cả đều rất ngon. Hoa quả, bánh quy và nước chanh cũng có sẵn tại quầy lễ tân.

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

Wonderful experience at Sirmione in Garda Lake, peaceful and nice lakevew room, relax atmosphere at poolside, gorgeous breakfast.. The location is between Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda.

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel near Bergamo airport, the junior suite was huge with a double bed and a single bed. The rooms came with free access to the spa which was lovely. I certainly felt comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. They had shuttle buses running to and fro the shopping centre and the airport at a fee of €5 each way. The place was clean, service was great and I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

優點：房間升級到了premium，酒店和房間都很香，minibar和冰箱裏的都是免費的，一個pad可以控制整個房間，早飯內容豐富有冷的也有熱的，服務很熱情還會記得客人名字來打招呼，最喜歡的是room service的club sandwich超乎預期的好吃！ 缺點：沒有HBO，房間牆上的開關太亮了晚上非常影響睡覺，淋浴房門口沒有鈎子不方便放毛巾。

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

A nice quiet stay for us coming from a long day travelling. The facilities were nice, the staff were warm, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast choices were ok and typical: cereals, fruit, salad bar, eggs, meat, bread. The coffee and cappuccino were good.

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Blocco del termosifone acceso a tutto busso con una bagno impraticabile a 30 gradi di temperatura. Parte il nostro caldo, spreco energetico importante. Informata la reception, scarsa reattività nella soluzione del problema. Inoltre inserire che fra i servizi offerti c'è la SPA e non dire che questa è a pagamento (nella maggior parte degli hotel in Europa la SPA è free use) non è un corretto modo di informare (e questo vale anche per trip.com, non solo per Art & Hotel). Sembra di esser tornati a quando in Italia si pagava la connessione Internet in Hotel mentre nel resto d'Europa era free of charge. A proposito, il wifi in Hotel è libero, di facile accesso ma con un segnale eccessivamente debole: insufficiente sia per lavorare sia per veder un film al tablet. un WiFi così è come non averlo. Coazione accettabile, nulla di più.
