Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold. Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)

I always stay at Skycity Hotel when I visit Gurgaon on business. I like the friendly and kind staff here. The restaurant serve both Indian and Japanese food. Reasonable price and convenient location are good points as well.

month ago on Google I tried the à la carte service and it was genuinely good. Vedant and Sanjay handled my service and they were extremely attentive, quick and polite. Food came fresh, well presented, and they made sure everything was taken care of without me having to ask twice. Good experience overall.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.

TTài khoản kháchDidn’t get the best sleep. There was a wedding taking place and the event was outside, loud music carried on until after 2am. This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. In room dining also called twice, once within half an hour of food arriving to check if the plates needed to be cleared, I didn’t even finish eating the food. Then after I called for dishes to be cleared, I received another call to check on the food but at this point I was asleep so this woke me up.

They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.
